Our entire group was blown away by the service at Gusto Osteria last night. We came in with a large party and had a family style service. There was so much food and each plate was better than the next – the group particularly loved the Arctic Char and the Steak but you couldn’t go wrong with anything that they served.

Not even sure if words can even express how unfortunate my experience here was. Let me also say I have never felt the need to write a restaurant review until today. This experience had to be shared. After having to stand and wait 35+ minutes for my table (which I had a reservation for!), I was finally sat. Let me start by saying the server, Kelly, was wonderful and incredibly accommodating after that awful start to the night. You could actually tell that she was really trying to fix the situation. Then, when our food arrived at the table (long wait, but that is understandable due to how busy it was-no complaints on that part) the Berkshire pork-chop was pink **EDIT: in response to the owner, i would like to mention how we specified well done for the pork-chop, and the server ensured that was what was put in, so this is a problem with the kitchen, not me being uneducated, but thanks for the concern (see attachments), and the other dish was incredibly salty (in excess-I’m not a picky eater but this was next level salty). Obviously we did not eat these dishes, and asked for the server to send over a manager to discuss. We watched the manager for 30+ minutes travel and entertain tables right in front of us as our uneaten food got cold. Typically, I would expect managers to confront every unhappy experience right away rather than BLATANTLY AVOIDING us, but thats just an assumption that was clearly proven as incorrect, or at least for the manager at this establishment. I sincerely hope this place works on their customer service and food quality, but I will not be returning. I sympathize for the hard at work servers I saw, and wish them well.

Guiseppe was excellent explaining the menu, every item was explained in detail. He’s suggestions were on the money. We were a party of 4, we split the Italian meat & cheese platter along with a special appetizer, fried fresh burratta mozzarella, over an eggplant caponata, both were excellent!

We absolutely loved our meal! The grilled octopus was best in class, perfect char and so tender! Pistachio pesto with a touch of mint over fresh linguine. The service was attentive and warm. Can’t wait to go back with friends!

We decided to try someplace new and we’re glad we did! Went for a birthday dinner for a friend and the food and service was amazing! They went above and beyond to make her birthday special. Every thing we ordered was delicious! The staff was pleasant and very accommodating. We will definitely be back.

My friends and I had a fabulous dinner recently. We celebrated a birthday on a Friday night. Everything was delicious from the appetizers to the salad to the entrée to dessert. The coffee was especially yummy. I’m very picky when it comes to coffee and their coffee is the best. Our waiter and wait staff were amazing. They were very attentive and personable. We enjoyed our meal as well as the ambience.

We had a great night @Gusto’s ! Service was above and beyond. We were a party of six. The cocktails were outstanding . The food was delicious . We ordered salads, grilled octopus, Branzino, pasta bolognese, pork special and Piccere pasta with crab meat. All was amazingly prepared. Portions were large. Great ambience and live music too! We will definitely go back!

My husband and I went about a month ago for our first time. Guiseppe took great care of us as well as his staff. We asked him to make our dinner selections etc and it was all amazing! He chose the perfect wine pairing as well. We are returning this evening and can’t wait! Definitely recommend!
