I want to like it however I am not fond of charred food all over my meal. I know this restaurant is trying to promote health conscious with small portion and barely any oil used however google too much charred food for our health. I paid $15 roughly with tax and I was eating food that has black stuff which is charred in it. My suggestion is not grilling the protein till they are so burned that they are charred or you can bake them in oven and cut them into small pieces.

Gusto is an impressive-looking place overlooking Buford Drive with its tall windows. You can’t miss it. There was a short wait and they seem very efficient for it being their first week open. The food is as fresh as you can get. The portions are generous and prices fair for what you get. The sweet potato kettle chips included are a nice touch. Pour some Mango Limeade into your cup too, very refreshing. They’ll do very well in this location. You got yourself a new customer. Best of luck!

First time going to a Gusto!’s and I can say I definitely will be back! All the staff was welcoming and informative about the menu. Food was great and is a solid healthy option that can rival Chipotle. After we got our food we even had a staff member check on us regarding our food and experience. Overall enjoyable experience along with great food, definitely will be back!
