I ordered a pan of breadsticks and half tray of macaroni and cheese for Super Bowl event. I was looking forward to have them to cater our urgent care event a couple weeks from now too. However, after receiving this dry, burnt, no flavor Mac and cheese that will not be happening! Everything at this location has went downhill, including the breadsticks. As you can see the photo below, it was so nasty and dried out, the sides burnt, overcooked….no one ate it. Ridiculous! I am done with this location.

Totally disappointed. Small Geek salad (feeds 2) had 1 black olive, 2 cherry tomato’s 1 cucumber, few red onion slices with a little feta cheese lots of lettuce. Breadsticks doughy. Almost packed like balls in the bag. The ribs on the other hand we’re pretty good.

Food was great, had a large catering order. It was ready 5 minutes early. Staff was friendly but with the amount of food, I made t trips to the car. One staff member. Helped by making 1 trip. I feel communicating when the food was done and a little more help carrying out would have been appreciated.

Manager please replace or fix your card swiper. Woman at the cashier couldn’t get the thing to work and had to enter it manually. Oh and your breadsticks are NOT as good as the Highland House.

Great food, great staff but the salads are lacking substance beyond 98% lettuce. We recently stopped giving the Hartland location salad business after years of doing so. Hello Gus’s owners, charge more if you have to but give me more than one olive, one beet and one cucumber in my Greek salads. My wife’s apple orchard salads with chicken would be awesome if they had more than a few chunks of chicken and more than a half teaspoon of dried cranberries. We have been twice a week customers for years. We’re gonna go elsewhere for a few months then give you another try.

Found this place by accident on June 6, 2022 and was so happy I did! I needed something quick. I was hesitant to order a piece of pizza that was sitting in the warmer since I wasn’t sure how long it has been sitting there. The cashier told me about 30 minutes so I decided to go for it. I grabbed a Cobb salad (I think it was) and a cookie as well. Loved it all! I am still thinking about that pizza a week later. The sauce was so tasty! Great flavor! Also loved the ranch dressing on the salad which I ended up eating the next day because the 1 giant slice of pizza was so filling.

Had never heard of it before, but I was very glad I decided to try it as I was passing through Hartland. Great waitstaff and food. They have a good variety of foods (summed up well in their description) and really good prices. Especially if you get one of their dinner deals.
