Gu’s Dumplings serves some of the best noodles I’ve had. As of this review it only has 3.8 stars on Google Maps which is 1.2 stars too low. The Dan Dan noodles are just spicy enough, have a perfect texture, and a wonderful sauce. The cold noodles are simple but addicting. The hand pulled noodles are excellent when fresh, but when they’re colder they tend to get a bit chewier. That’s okay, because it’s the only complaint about the noodles. The dumplings are at least the second best I’ve had anywhere. Six will fill you up if you want a big snack. Skip the meat and sandwich options because while good, they’re not great. But that’s kind of the point, everything is at least good or better. Just go straight for the noodles or dumplings and you’ll love your meal! Food comes out very quickly and the line moves fast. The market has parking garages that are almost joined to it. Parking as of July 2023 is $5 for an hour, $8 for 2 hours, or $10 for 4 hours. There is no validation that I’m aware of.

The chicken dumplings and spicy dry eggplant was delish! The spices on the dumplings, the cilantro in the eggplant was amazing. The food is kind of spicy, so all for them to make it mild if you don’t like the heat.

At first I couldn’t order. Site wouldn’t work. Had to call a few times but found out they didn’t take phone orders. Finally got my order through online together. Delivery was through Uber eats, maybe 20/25 minutes. The orders didn’t come with rice, it states that but didn’t see that. Also no utensils. Overall the food was good and I’d eat it again. I feel like it should come with rice and I didn’t want to order any and wait another 20 minutes.

Cant recommend this place enough! I ordered the pork dumplings (12 count) to split between myself and two others. They were VERY flavorful! A wonderful mix of savory and spicy with a hint of sweetness for a well rounded balance. Jennifer W was amazing in helping us. She was so friendly, patient and knowledgeable with the menu. She helped us figure out what would be best for our group. I can not sing her praises enough!

The food was delicious. I tried the tofu po boy and my boyfriend and I shared an order of dumplings. He had the Dan Dan noodles which he liked but they were really spicy. The tofu was nice and crisp and paired well with the bun and coleslaw. Definitely spicy so if you have a low tolerance for spice, I would not recommend but if you love spice, must try! The dumplings were so good. We got the vegetable filling. You could taste the freshness of the veggies and as a connoisseur of frozen dumplings (lol) I could tells these were made fresh by hand. Definitely a different taste and texture. Very tasty!

I’ve been dreaming about this place since I had it last summer. The perfect level of spicy and great amount of sauce for dipping the dumplings in.

Gu’s dumplings has never let me down. My girlfriend and I have been many times to get their dumplings and they never disappoint. They have amazing flavor, and the spice level is just right. You should definitely check out this spot whenever you’re in the area!

This place has got many great dishes. I am a huge fan of the po boys and their noodles. I just recently tried Spicy Dried Beef Noodles and my goodness these were hot. They were also incredibly delicious! I don’t usually shy away from spicy dishes but this one made second guess whether I could finish. They were just too tasty to stop!

Ordered $15 noodles that were literally nothing but noodles and chili flakes. I asked where the vegetables were, and they pointed to one singular bean sprout. And they tasted bad as well. There are so many better options nearby to not get completely ripped off.
