The food was great but the service was horrible. I waited over half an hour for my food, then the lady tells me they are out of what I ordered. Actually she had taken my order wrong . I then had to wait an additional 15 min for my food. I wasn’t the only person who had to wait that long.. it’s quite sad when you don’t value your customers. Experiences like this make it hard to support small businesses.

I have been looking for YEARS to find a good taste of the pupusas and cakes. I walked to the Irving mall food court; saw “Guana Cafe” and “bingo” finally I found a GREAT taste of the Salvadorian Food and the carne asada is great

One of the worst experience ever at this place … walked up to do a to go order….. my order took about 45 minutes they gave my order to someone else …. the worker said that they other person was in a rush that is why my order was giving to him… don’t know why I have to wait on other ppl….
