They seriously make my morning extra special with a friendly smile, small talk and exceptional service. First the google map location for this place is way off, it cannot be accessed from outside the building. To enter you need to go inside the Citibank entrance and it’s an unmarked white door on the West side, it can be accessed walking through the Intercontinental/ Citibank walkway. Great little Italian style coffee place, just don’t expect any creamer for your coffee if you order standard American coffee. I asked for creamer for my coffee and she looked at me as if I was speaking another language. Good coffee and I just walked down to Starbucks to get the creamer. Great pastries and breakfast sandwiches I would drink and eat here again.

So I have been going to this place for a year now and always had positive experiences except for this morning when I went to purchase my breakfast and the lady that cooks the food an older lady attended me and when my food was ready I was busy on my phone attending a call she screams out my order loud as hell. I honestly found it very disrespectful and unprofessional. She always kinda had an attitude even when I say hello and place my order but today she definitely took it overboard. I’m not exactly sure what her problem was today but her screaming at customers is extremely unprofessional. This place as it is overprices their items which is understandable since the rent at the tower is probably costly but usually places that charge a lot for their food have exceptional customer service but it’s not the case for this place. Not only does she scream at customers but I’ve seen her scream at the poor staff, she really needs to get a grip.
