Can’t wait to return. Juana and all the employees make you feel like family. Good fritangas, and very good food. Puertorrican products available. Good Bakery goods. A 5 stars place in Ohio. Closes on mondays.

I may have been the only customer at this wonderful Puerto Rican bakery and restaurant this morning who is not comfortable speaking Spanish. But staff were patient and friendly and helped me order a great breakfast and pastries to go. Note that the omelette comes with ham unless you specify otherwise.

I should have gone for the chicken. Anyway, the tripleta was great (just like is done in PR) and the chicharrón. The sorullos are on the sweet side, not the best one I’ve had.

The older woman working behind the counter was so sweet and helpful. The food was amazing. Great Empanada’s and Spanish rice! I will be back. Great job.

This was my first time there last Saturday. It was crazy busy so I knew the food would be good. It didn’t disappoint it was amazing and I’m coming back this weekend. I even signed up for the loyalty program.

Authentic Puerto Rican food. Top notch service. Food excellent. pastries are exceptional. only thing that really sucked was the parking. There is space for 2 cars in front and I had to drive past the restaurant to access one of them. They also said you could park on the side street at the restaurants left corner. If you park in front: You better hit your flasher lights when you go in.( cars are flying by so you better time your exit from your vehicle. ) I bought 2 pastries. 1 was a form of danish the other had 4 layers of something with a light glaze. it was awesome. I got the mixed rice, beans, and stew beef. The portions were enough to ensure you aren’t going to be hungry an hour later. Make sure you get some of their Spanish juices or Mexican pop. They had a lot of things there to eat and try. I am going to be there quite a bit. You definitely get a lot of bang for your buck . I give it an 8 out of 10. 8 was for food. 2 demerits was for parking.

Has some of the best service I’ve seen in a long time. Unlike other places I’ve been as a cook/chef that serve food other than confections, Gually’s opened in my neighborhood last year, and it has the cleanest smell, inside and out, that I’ve ever experienced. The quality of food and pastries is almost unmatched for the area in Cleveland that I live. It’s my personal opinion that this little place needs to have a huge following. Highly recommend. I have become, and will continue to be, a regular !

Let me start off by saying that the food is delicious and the place is adorable and clean. I would have given 5 stars but there’s a few things management could have done better.

I have been in a lot of puertorican restaurants in the US, but most restaurants fail to achieve the feeling of being back to PR. As soon as I entered this bakery, I literally felt like I was back in PR that it felt weird having a cold weather jacket on. I would like to brand this place as “THE BEST PUERTO RICAN RESTAURANT IN THE U.S.A”.
