Three words. Quesa Birra Tacos. I’ve been looking a place to fill the void of my favorite taco place and I think I may have found it. I got 3 different street tacos to try and the quesa birra ones (far right) were excellent (with a little bit of sour cream) the chicken tinga (far left) were really good too. I wasn’t a big fan of the carnitas ones though. The salsa here is spicy but really flavorful. My friend got the el pastor taco and said it was really good. Prices are decent $4-5 dollars per taco depending on which one you get. The sour cream is $1 for a small 2oz cup; that’s a bit steep in my opinion, but regardless we’ll be back. Service was good. The place is on the small side but nice.

Wow! Finally a very dang good Mexican restaurant in West Virginia. This is exactly what I’m used to and I cannot wait to go back when I’m in the area. I’m only sad because I’m an hour and a half away. The carne asada was not a skirt steak like I expected but more of a stir fry and actually was really good. We like the food so much that we ordered an enchilada, a chili relleno and an al pastor taco. And enchilada uses mozzerrito (mozzarella) with Jack/cheddar on top….not traditional from the areas I’ve been but dang good. Al Pastor taco was a perfect example…. meaning if you don’t like theirs then you don’t like al pastor tacos.

Revising the review as our recent return visit was disappointing. The positive is the chips, salsa, and margarita were good. We ordered and waited 30-40 minutes for 5 tacos. Not a big deal, even though they did not appear busy. Worse was that a table of 6 came in after we ordered and received their food before us. When we did receive food, my S.O received rice and beans that she said she did not want when ordering. This did not stop the waitress from arguing us about it and telling us we ordered wrong.

Came later in the day. To stay away from the rush. Got seated immediately. Service was fast and friendly. Chips were still warm, Salsa was good. Food came out hot. Large portions, didn’t skimp you on meats. Best of all, they’re priced aggressively cheap.

We’re just visiting and someone in the parking lot of our airbnb complex recommended this restaurant. It definitely did not disappoint. We had queso and salsa with chips, a kid’s meal for our kids, a cheesesteak burrito for my husband (he said it was the best he’s ever had and the steak was delicious), and chicken fajitas for me – also delicious. Service was great and quick.

Absolute best authentic Mexican I’ve had in a long time. So clean, modern, and the food is absolutely amazing. To top everything off the sweet tea was so good that’s hard to get at a Mexican restaurant. So happy!!!
