Ordered a burrito bowl on uber eats. Chips taste like old oil and food is not good quality, got the shrimp bowl and asked for no onions or peppers. Yet the onions and peppers were placed in big chunks and the shrimp was overcooked. Should offer a return to dissatisfied clients, I expected better based on previous reviews but was extremely disappointed.

Pretty good Mexican food here like the different sauces and options they have just wish I was able to customize it better like if I wanted to try all the toppings in one bowl I couldn’t unless I paid extra for sauces but other then that good food guac lived up to its name and I’ll visit again soon

Definitely a good place. It tastes more authentic than Chipotle or Qdoba. However the insane prices for adding guacamole and queso is what will be making me go to the alternatives instead. The food is good and reasonably priced. But charging $4 for guac and $3 for queso can easily make it way way too expensive. If you have money to spend and want something on par with Chipotle or Qdoba this is the place to go. If you want to save money then go to the other places

They have a buy one, get one free day, but you have to use the app. Went in hungry came out hungry, because I was expecting BOGO. Oh well, I should have paid full price, but I never ate the before. And later that day when I used the app and set up the time, the food wasn’t ready. Good thing there was no line. Needs some fine tuning.

I’m a big chipotle guy. So I have been meaning to come here to measure it up. Finally made it happen. I went with the surf and turf. Chipotle doesn’t have a shrimp option so I wanted to try something new. Both proteins were seasoned well. The mango salsa was a nice compliment to the shrimp and steak. And dare I say the steak was better than Chipotle’s. All in all, I realized Guac Shop is it own entity and both restaurants have the pros n cons. I will def be hitting Guac shop again as it’s flavor profile seem to be completely different then it’s main competitors.

Meeh, not that great! Especially if you do NOT like spicy or Jalapenos in your salsa. My quesadilla for some reason had the distinct taste of spicy nacho cheese dip which was strange compared to the other quesadilla ordered. Also who puts jalapeno in pico de gallo? Pretty much all the sides we ordered neither of us could eat cause of the high spice level via jalapenos. My quesadilla was all on the bottom underneath the wrapper & we found the wrapper thicker then usual. The cranberry lime was SUPER overpowered by the lime (basically was lime concentrate). Also forgot a drink order of snapple. Not going back to this chain. Nacho mexican place in hicksville is better.

I ordered food from this place at least 5 times. The employees are always nice and well accommodating. Unfortunately because of my last experience I will not be going back. I got a salad bowl with chicken, guac and sweet potato. The meal was good but unfortunately after a couple hours I felt nausea & ultimately ended up with diarrhea and vomiting. Right now I’m sick to my stomach and may have to go to the hospital to see if I have food poisoning. Not sure if the chicken was undercooked or what but this was my last time going there.
