Nice atmosphere and very friendly servers! The menu is nice with a good variety. It has the classic Ground Pati favorites. They are in the process of building the outdoor covered seating area. It is huge! We are looking forward to seeing live bands there in the future. We will definitely return!

They were not kidding when they said they had the best burgers in all of New Orleans. Every time I go there I am greeted with enthusiastic waiters/waitresses who meet my every need and have a very humorous attitude while remaining professional. The service was unmatched and my food arrived in a matter of minutes. One time the waitress even cut my bill in half because she thought we were such good customers. I made sure it wasn’t an accident and she said it was their treat. The Ground Pa’ti is among the best diners I have ever eaten at in my entire life. I highly recommend eating there if you want a quick and delicious meal.

Went for lunch…..packed! Albeit well worth the wait. Seating is tight but comfortable the food is really good but nothing super special, solid pub menu, but not great onion rings. These are NOT beer battered. As crowded as it is, the service is still awesome. “We can forgive bad food but never bad service…” No worries here. The wait staff is amazing.

The service was fantastic. They all worked as a team. The atmosphere was very nice and casual. The food was where I was not fully impressed. The burger was as good as I remembered it but the cheese was not the same. It was thick shredded and not very flavorful. The fries were awful! Although they were cooked, they lacked the nice golden brown french fry color and they too were lacking in flavor. I hope this is not your new normal cheese and fries and perhaps all you could get coming off of the 4th of July holiday. Please go back to the finer shredded cheese that melts on the burger and better fries!

I worked across the street from the old ground Patties on David Boulevard. Food was great customer service was great. I went to the new store for lunch the other day. Everything that could go wrong went wrong. My appetizer was undercook and instead of making me a new one they just microwaved it. My hamburger was overcooked and had burn marks on it. My server never even came back to check up on me.

Food is good, staff is a joke. They seat 2 people at a table for 6 and make people wait 30min. Constantly told “we ran out of cups”. If you go for anything you can laugh at the clown staff.
