Had an awesome waitress and was absolutely on top of our orders. Didn’t have to give her reminders. Had a great time visiting family and she was patient because we kept talking. Food is always consistent and one person in our party was from out of town and never ate at Grottos. She loves it now. I would absolutely go back to the Seaford Grottos!

I grew up in Harvey’s Lake, PA and have ate at Grotto many times. In fact that Pa location is the flagship location..and the original location. Your Pa locations are great. Your Delaware locations? More specifically your Seaford location? It’s service is lacking to put it mildly. I don’t know who manages your stores south of Pa, but it’s not the same. I order a pizza with light cheese and extra sauce every time I visit a Grotto. I was in last week, and after that experience I will most likely not be back. This location has yet to follow a simple instruction and something simple ends up becoming over complicated. The pizza came out with so much cheese that it could choke a horse. It was awful. It was remade and still it wasn’t correct. I didn’t chastise anyone, but I will not be back to this location. When someone says “light” that should be self explanatory. It’s not hard. Apparently it is though.

Went to lunch today and had a cheesesteak with fried onions, excellent. The bread is what made the sandwich because they make their own bread and was REAL SOFT and NOT hard and chewy. Also got a spicy chicken Stromboli but won’t get that anymore basically alot of cheese and bread and very little chicken and not to spicy, had to open it up and add my own spice not worth the price of $12.99. If the Stromboli matched up to the Cheesesteak I would of given a 5 star all around.

Everything was fine, beer nice and cold! But I’m sorry, who thought it was a good idea to put a lady with a horrible attitude behind the bar or on my second time, a bartender constantly chewing on something luckily there was Dylan awesome guy saving the day!

This was my first time here and it was delicious. Service was great, staff was very friendly! The restaurant is bigger than I thought. We ordered to go though. Wait time was long but it was fresh food. So if you order to go, call ahead. There is an arcade and a bar area. They do have happy hour specials Mon-Thur 4-7. It was nice. Will return if we are in town.

Nice place for a quick meal or to hang out with friends. Good place to bring the kiddies or, as I said before, hang with friends in the sports bar area. Great atmosphere, plenty of seating and the staff is fun and friendly. They have a full bar with plenty of beer on tap and the food is pretty good. Great place to stop for lunch or grab some dinner. The only complaint is that they overcharge for bottled water, way overcharge. You can go to WaWa next door and get a big bottle for less than they charge for a small bottle.

Located just off Sussex Hwy. Grotto’s Pizza offers a wide variety of Italian and other food options. Great place for vegetarians too. Restaurant is within walking distance from a few hotels such as Hampton Inn and Comfort Suites. Restaurant also provides take out and has a game room for keep the kids occupied.
