Came here on a Tuesday. I thought the pizza was great. Got a plain slice and a diet coke for about $9. I think this very reasonable for this location in such a grand mall.

My daughter wanted her birthday at American Dream mall and I had no idea how to feed everyone, GRISINI saved the day. He had all the pizzas delivered to the cafe where we sat at the base of the ski slope and enjoyed the view. Plenty of drinks for the girls (and adults too) and you have to try the waffle dessert. If you’re looking for great food and really awesome people you have to go to GRISINI pizza, cafe or salad spot. Great food but amazing management and staff.

Even though the food court was extremely busy since it was dinner hours, there was no wait at Grisini Pizza. The pizza was pretty good and had a delicious crust. The costumer service was great.

During busy hours, after waiting for more than an hour, we get to know that they do not make custom pizza and we have to choose only from what they are making as per their wish. I came to order entire pizza and they offer me a New York Style pizza . And neither cashier nor chef are ready to budge. Not sure why they cannot make entire custom pizza. If there was an option for 0 stars, I would have given that

They offer a gluten green pizza for $24.99. I have celiacs disease, so I was really excited to see this expensive option. When I ordered the guy at the counter wearing air pods for rolled his eyes, sighed, and said “yea we probably don’t have that” when really he obviously didn’t feel like making it. Don’t offer items or hire employees who don’t feel like actually making them. I would give 0 stars if I could.
