Grills is a bar/grill, that is a bit better than most with its riverside location and subtle, unique improvements that elevate its menu, while still keeping the food comfortable for most. We have regularly visit while in town, but it was our first time to their riverside location, and it’s a new favorite. The expansive deck dining area is paradise, with sun and plenty of shade, and all with that refreshing coastal breeze. Would recommend the slightly spicy Bahamian Fish Chowder to start and keeping with what they do best, the simple but fresh Grilled Fish Sandwich is very satisfying. Feb 2023

The food and service were really good, and the atmosphere was extremely casual and laid back. They have a fairly large menu, with plenty of options of seafood as well as burgers and chicken for those non-seafood lovers. The restraunt has plenty of seating, inside and outside, and a very roomy and comfortable feel. Since the ceilings are high, the noise level on the inside can feel a bit loud at times, but perfect for families with small children who love to laugh and have a good time! The outside seating has tons of coverage with umbrellas and sunshades to make your outdoor experience as enjoyable as possible. We definitely enjoyed our time there and didn’t feel rushed at all; as we got to sit, chat, and relax after eating our meal. I would highly recommend, if you’re looking for a fun, relaxing time out!

We stopped here on our travels without a reservation. It was around happy hour. Very busy place. You can grab a table outside when/if someone gets up and claim it, which I would think makes the waitstaff crazy. Great views of the Indian river. Food was good. I had fish tacos and my husband had the Bahamian fish chowder. Oh, the coconut shrimp was delicious!

Dined with family a while back. Food is good. Asked my waiter if the jalapeno poppers were made here from scratch , he Smirked and said yes. I told him if they were the frozen kind. I want nothing to do with them. Well, guess what he brings them out. And they were the frozen ones.. So we get our food, during our meal we hardly ever saw him. We get ready to leave. He brings our check and took it upon himself to add the tip automatically. We did not have a large party! I ask him why is this on here? He responds, didn’t you think my service was worth it? My response absolutely not take it off.! We did tip but will not come back. Disappointed with his actions.

After driving by this place a couple times on our way back to our hotel we decided we had to try it. They are located right on the water and have plenty of outdoor seating. We just happened to be there on a night that SpaceX was launching a rocket so we walked out on their dock to watch… AWESOME! Our server was great…he recommended the margarita and it didn’t disappoint…very good! All of the food items we tried were also delicious. We’d definitely come back again if we are in the area.

Really enjoyed our evening here. The atmosphere was great. Perfect view, perfect weather and a great 2 man band didn’t get the name but one was Kevin. They played great songs. Grillz Riverside does not have a happy hour but they do have a pretty good appetizer menu. We tried the fish dip. It was really good. Ordered the grilled shrimp kebabs dinner the coconut, shrimp, dinner coconut shrimp appetizer for someone and the clam chowder soup. All the food was really very good. Rum runners. Run runners were good. And lastly the service was good. We still have a lot of restaurants to try but we will be back to this one. Oh I forgot to say they have a gluten free menu. I brought my own crackers for the fish dip but they would have served it with celery. Entree’s were about 20 to 30 not including sandwiches.
