Mouth-watering fried chicken and plump roast chicken. Succulent crab cakes, wings, steak, and ribs. Then the menu gets a bit too gourmet for a ski resort pub… Refine your burgers, wings, and chops before getting too fancy.

Very disappointed. Came here last year and it was great. This year the food was average. Crabcake sandwich was just OK for $24☹ Party of 6 of us and all agreed not the treat it was before, and we all had different meals. Best part of our meals were the fries which is sad. Don’t get your hopes up if you go…

Great little place to grab food. My sister had her wedding here so we definitely catered to our hangovers here the next day haha. They also served us a ton of great food at the after party of the wedding. Very rustic feel to the restaurant and the service was great

Quite disappointed. We had family here from GA who use to live in the general area and they had heard great things about Bear Creek and they wanted to enjoy a fireplace. We ended up quite disappointed overall. The french onion soup was ok. I ordered the beer battered avocado taco app and it was exactly that…a fried piece of avocado on a soft taco w a drizzle of sauce over it….totally blah with no presentation at all. My SIL ordered a “salad” and asked if they could add salmon to it and the waitress said sure. The “salad” was a wedge of iceberg lettuce sitting on a plate ($15) with a chunk of pale dried out salmon (plus $16). I will say that the short rib and pierogie poutine and salmon BLT were enjoyed and the drinks were made well (martinis and traditional old fashioned) We really wanted to order more, but decided to cut our losses. I have no problem paying for quality food but this place has apparently gone really downhill over the years. I have always heard great things about them in the past and I was excited to go, but it was very disappointing. The fireplace and ambiance in the lobby were very nice and our waitress was very friendly, but if you want a quality meal you have a lot of other choices that will serve you much better especially at that price point. Hopefully we just hit an off night and this isn’t their norm.

Great spot to visit even if you are not enjoying the other amenities of the resort. Some Grade A bartenders along with drink selections. Love that they have Left Hand on draft! Omitting one star only because they’ve switched up the menu and took away my favorite cobb salad and the calamari appetizer. The people and service are top tier!
