The restaurant and bar were very busy and appeared to be understaffed with the events taking place at the hotel. Service was great, waitstaff and bartenders working their tails off to keep up with the indoor and outdoor seating areas. Food was good but lacking on the flavor side. Definitely no soul in the food. Was looking forward to dessert, the signature pecan ball with hot fudge but was quickly informed it wasn’t being offered that evening. So disheartening!! Recommendations: update the restaurant hours on all social media sites, schedule more staff (you can always send people home if the night is light) especially when you have a band, have a full time host/hostess to welcome and seat guests (having a host/hostess will free up the manager to help servers with issues and check on guests), have a sign asking guests to wait to be seated (saw a few guests seat themselves and servers were not aware), and work on adding some flavor to the food. Got a good establishment with great staff just need to polish up the food and atmosphere.

Went to the Market Street Social End of Summer bash on Friday night. Got a table right away but waited forever (over 35 minutes) for service. First drink was made incorrectly and waited over a half an hour for it to be replaced. They had an outdoor BBQ and we saw our food sitting there for over 25 minutes until it was brought to us. I was tempted to go pick it up myself. Was stone cold by the time we received our cheeseburger sliders and chicken spiedie kabobs. The two musical performers were excellent which is the only reason we stayed. We were telling others to order their food inside because it came out faster! Watched multiple people leave because they werent getting service. People next to us never had the waitress ask the 2nd person (who arrived a bit later) what they wanted. The first man was served and the 2nd man never was able to order!! Great patio and love the live music but they really need to work on hiring more people for such an event or hiring more efficient people.

Nice place. Personable server. Most of the food was good. My one exception was the pork belly. It wasn’t crisp or well prepared. There were no layers of meat. It was like eating cubes of room temperature globby fat. Beyond that the strawberry salad was good, as was the caprese sandwich. The restaurant is in the local Radisson – convenient if you’re staying there yet not inexpensive enough to have it for every meal.

Excellent service, great menu items, and you have the option to sit in the dining area, outside, or in the lounge/bar area. I usually order from the bar menu and the spicy shrimp is delicious

I love Grill 125, if it’s the name of the restaurant at the Radisson Hotel.

I truly can’t wait until the Hilton comes in and does something here. The restaurant is understaffed: granted! That said, they blast dance music in the morning when they should be letting people have a peaceful morning. They should at least turn the volume down on the club music.

Very disappointed- this is the first time I have written a review. Had Mother’s Day brunch with mother in law, who also was celebrating 92nd birthday , unfortunately for a 38.00 meal we were very disappointed – received an overcooked very small piece of chicken that couldn’t be cut with a steak knife along with a dry waffle- best part of the meal was the mimosa , desserts were also commercially made and lacked appeal . After a year of separation from famIly , we were looking forward to this meal. Overpriced and poor quality. Wish we had gone elsewhere.
