After tonight I have told my daughter that she has to find another restaurant that she likes the food because I am sick and tired of every McDonald’s I go to is a Griggs McDonald’s and I go and wait 30-40 minutes and don’t even get the food or it’s cold or just poor customer service tonight I went and ordered it 6:15 and then I call back in the store at 6:30 they said they were bringing it out they never brought the food out then I called back 5 minutes later oh maam you have to come in. Was told the order would be cancelled….but never has been. I have paid for food I never got…reported to my credit card company. Today 10/21/2021 after talking to Roy Griggs himself, was told since I have so many problems at his restaurants, that I should quit going to any of them!!!!! Maybe McDonalds should revoke your ability to represent them!!!!!!! Wish I could give a review with NO STARS!!!!

I ordered at 9pm, was told to pull up, never received any food. The girl took my receipt after arguing with me about my order, she never gave it back. At 9:30pm, went back around in line and asked for a refund.i ordered; (1)- dbl Q.P. meal LG, (2)- 10p Chkn meals LG. My total was $27.11, but was only refunded $24.92. Vicki was the mng on duty, I told her repeatedly that the girl had my receipt and what my actual total was, she didn’t bother to check my receipt nor return it for an accurate amount and kept rolling hers eyes and acted as if I was invisible. While waiting forever, the girls at the window kept having their friends come through the drive through playing their music extremely loud, and none of them were wearing masks. The manager insisted that I take the food, after I repeatedly told her no, she claimed that she couldn’t keep it. So when I got home to feed my children, their ckn nuggets were actually still cold as ice inside, and our “large” fries weren’t even half full. This place is a joke. The employees are way to disrespectful especially to Caucasian people. If I choose to come to this location, and spend my hard earned money, under no circumstances do I deserve to be treated so disrespectfully, argued with, or food thats not even cooked, and not a complete refund. I do want the rest of my refund. And will never come back to this location. Also tried to do the survey but ever time I submitted my comments, it starts over. So whats the point. This was at 4010 Barksdale Blvd, Bossier City.

In reference to the Pines Rd location that is owned by Griggs Ent. My pregnant daughter bought some items and after taking two bites of her hot and spicy, there was something hard cooked into the center of the patty that she bit into. She vomited all over herself & her car ultimately causing her to urinate on herself and fabric seats. Her boyfriend took the sandwich inside to show the manager, where it was snatched from his hands by the person at the counter. He requested a manager come outside to talk to my daughter and was refused. I had to call corporate to get some immediate attention to the situation. Ultimately, Jean(a home office rep) took care of everything and got my daughter provided with an accident report.(Thank You) We still did not receive sandwich back, a refund, nor or a replacement receipt in place of the vomit covered one in the sack. Looking forward to hear back by Thursday.

The WORST run McDonald’s franchise I have ever seen. The employees are not trained properly nor do they care about customer service beyond meeting their metrics. The restaurants are generally unhygienic. Management frequently misses the boat on ripping proper supplies at a location, and the result is missing menu items. ( i.e. Mcribs being served on round buns or no eggnog shakes at Holiday times. ) These locations are responsible for me never going into a McDonald’s location ever again.

Called to discuss an issue at a McDonald’s location after pulling forward at the drive thru and being forgotten, and I was informed by Teresa I should have gone in to get my food from the counter. Teresa was not apologetic or remorseful about the behavior I experienced and informed me this happens often. Perhaps that’s why she didn’t feel the need to apologize or to be nice to me as a customer. When I asked to speak with her manager and asked her full name, she hung up the call. I called back and she acknowledged that she hung up on me for asking her full name, she said she’s the only Teresa in the whole company. If this is how office staff behaves, no wonder the local stores are a mess! No one cares!!!

Today my husband and I went to the location on Youree dr and bought meals for our kids..One of our sons noticed that in his now empty cup of Sprite there was a black ring around his cup in the inside and also there was a gnat that was frozen inside a piece of ice….My husband took the cup back where he wad instructed to fill out a incident report..After that he spoke to the gm (Victoria) via phone and asked what they were going to do to resolve the matter and he was told by Victoria “we have lawyers for that, so do what u have to do.” After that horrible and disgusting encounter with the cup and by the gm, we called corporate where we now are waiting on a call back..The disrespect and lack of remorse by this gm disgusts me….I will never return to that location again!!
