I will never step foot back in this establishment ever again!!! Customer service was terrible I walked in and wasn’t greeted a worker walked to the front of where I was standing with a form and the manager he pulls out his books of checks and still hadn’t even addressed me then the Beer guy came right in front of me and starts talking and again nobody has still greeted me!! I had to wait for him like I was on his timing, not mine!!! The manager never apologized and never looked at me I should have left the food!!! Just plain rude and the Food was terrible and cold

Came here for Macon Burger Week. The meatloaf burger was pretty good! However, the lettuce was wilted and the bun soggy which wasn’t appetizing. Sweet potato fries were awesome though! Fishtanks were pretty cool.

YALL….OHHHHEMMMMGHEEEE, this Soul Food Wrap I just got from Players Club is to Die For!! Its not a regular menu item but its 100 percent a MUST TRY on their weekly specials menu!! This is probably the best thing I’ve put in my mouth since hot butter . The wrap, which is so fresh and light and fluffy, comes filled, and I mean FILLED with fried chicken tenders, homemade Mac N Cheese, field peas, collard greens and a little Texas Pete hot sauce to spice it up, also your choice of a side item . If you haven’t tried it yet, I definitely recommend trying it anytime You see it on the weekly specials menus! Not to mention The atmosphere is great and the staff is friendly and efficient as well. We love the fish tank! My daughter loves looking at it! I’m glad they’ve kept it around. Good burgers and drinks. I had the patty melt. They seemed short staffed when I was there last. Everything took longer than normal but the server seemed to have the entire restaurant as her section. She was nice too!

The burgers are great tasting, sometimes if you order the hamburger medium well you get it done. They’ll get you one that is done the way you want. The waitresses do a really good job waiting on us.
