Good pizza but the customer service is awful. Ordered at 10:12 pm arrived at 10:50 and was told a few more minutes. 35 minutes later they can’t find my order after I asked again. Finally I get it and it was completely cold. 1 hour and 30 minutes of listening to the staff cussing and complaining for some cold food.

My wife grew up on Gregg’s pizza, but haven’t had it since her teenage years. I grew up on the Eastside of Detroit and love me some pizza. We happen to be driving down Livernois. My wife in excitement yelled babe I grew up on Gregg’s it’s the best. She went on and on about Gregg’s Pizza. I said ok let me give it a try. We ordered a large Veggie Pizza adding pepperoni. When we got home. I was so excited to to taste Gregg’s pizza. When I opened the box the pizza was not sliced, luckily we had a pizza slicer. When I grabbed a slice (mouth watering) all the toppings slid off back into the box like it was on a slippery slope. The bottom was also very soggy. I never been one to use utensils to eat pizza but had no choice. My wife was embarrassed because she bragged about how good Gregg’s pizza use to be. We were very disappointed in the presentation of the pizza as well as the taste. My wife even put it in the air fryer to make it more crispy it just didn’t work out.

Delicious pizza! But sometimes Under staffed and therefore I have experienced bad service. One time my pizza was under done and mushy and I should have taken it back up there and told them this but I didn’t every other time the food was on point. If your willing to put up with the long wait time and slightly ghetto service (at times) then you will get some good yummy pizza!

The calzone I ordered was amazing. That is why I went back the very next day to get lunch. I don’t know what is going on with the day shift. But what is so hard about adding a little extra cheese to a pre-made slice, and charging extra? Yes, yes, for the fifth time already. I know they are pre-made, that is how you sell slices in the first place. I hate rude behavior, poor attitude, and laziness. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PLACE EVER AGAIN.

Gregg’s is the place for pizza and wings!! Cooked excellently and freshly! For that reason call ahead. Cook times can range from 25 to 45 minutes depending on time of day. Still no dine in so take out or delivery only

The prices are a little pricey for the Great Pizza but definitely worth every penny. We went in ordered our pizza” The Gregg’s Special “ with banana peppers. Omg it was let my tell you we ordered our food it took twenty minutes… no big deal that’s quick… my husband brought food to car for my son and I to inspect lol .. it was piping HOT !! Lol my husband was like I’m getting one now I can’t wait to make it home in twenty mins lol… as he proceeds to eat we dug in too 10 mins later omg we almost bit our fingers Off !! The staff was very friendly the only thing is they had no napkins but still worth it ( thank God for some in car) the pizza was very juicy, fresh just a very Great Pizza!!!
