The Thiccccest salad you will find in the twin cities! This place is always absolutely packed for lunch in the sky ways and for good reason! In my opinion, it’s far out performs Crisp and Green. The lettuce is finally chopped up and they put about 100 ingredients in each salad so every bite is interesting. The staff will mix it for you so everything is coated with the delicious dressing. Modern interior, always clean.

Most of the time I order online and then pick it up as it is close to my office. The line can be very long which is a testament to how good the salads are. Nice portions and fanastic basalmic vinegar.

Easily one of my favorite restaurants (and food truck!) in Minneapolis. Amazing salads that are filling for lunch, made amazingly quick by their friendly staff. The Buffalo chicken salad is my go-to!

Okay yeah, this place is good. The contrarian in me didn’t think I’d like it because it’s so hyped and constantly has a line a mile long, but the Moroccan salad was delicious and fairly filling. It doesn’t really stick to your ribs for the whole afternoon, but no salad does.

I ate at this place for the first time. I am not the type of person who will intentionally go get a salad for lunch, but I was invited to join a group of coworkers for lunch and I was pleasantly surprised with what I got. I ordered the small size “The Farmer” salad… I took the first bite and it was love at first taste. The salad is chopped perfectly, it is uniformly coated with the dressing and very well balanced flavor too. I eventually got to a point where I felt satisfied, yet kept eating. AND THIS WAS THE SMALL SALAD!… I could have fed the entire nation with the large one I think! :). This place has won a second visit from me even by myself… I might have been converted into a salad eater… who knows…

This is a wonderful place to grab a large salad for lunch! I’ve been here twice having the Moroccan salad that I can’t get enough of. The combination of flavors and crunch of pita chip hits the sweet spot! Service is friendly and quick. They use a variety of high quality ingredients and you can tell others enjoy grabbing lunch here as well based on seeing the length of the line.

Great salad options and delicious ingredients! I personally love the grain bowl subbing in red peppers for the broccoli and doing a mix of sun dried and fresh tomatoes.

Love this place and have been eating here for years but…

I love their salads. Great default options. The Moroccan is my favorite. When I’m in Minneapolis this is my go-to lunch place. More and more interesting dressing choices than most salad places.

Addictive salads; for the skyway, market rate prices for a pretty filling salad (small size). I am not a salad person but when I worked in DT Minneapolis, always went there once a week. Preorder or get there before 11:30 though.
