Back in KC to see friends and popped in here for lunch. Great selection of local craft beers, on tap and bottled, and a really good smash burger. I suggest their rascal sauce (it’s like a mayo aioli with a bit of spice, but not too hot) for their tots or fries but you can get it on your sandwich also. I heard it’s great on their chicken sandwich. Great atmosphere, great service. I’ll definitely stop in next time I’m in town.

Food was over cooked, cheeseburgers were way over rated. Order bacon cheeseburger and you get one strip!! For a triple, at 2 bucks a slice! Even after complaining, said it was a food truck which was a different business so no service after complaining. Fries tasted burnt, and cheese curds were overcooked also!

If you want to *not* have the best burger in KC, this is the spot for you. I have gone in on 4 separate occasions across 2 years because I’ve wanted a burger and heard this was a spot for that. Each time, there was some reason they weren’t serving food. Last time, their was a lapse in their food service license and they were trying to get it renewed. I returned today, months later, and was told the kitchen staff had an issue and they weren’t serving food. Which I get happens, but this is not an incident, it’s officially a pattern.

I just like it here!!! The vibe, the food, the service, the beer….its great. The 3 of us had burgers…the brownfield with goat cheese and fried egg…the original Tom and the forty-ten. We all lived them!!!! The green room Scottish Ale at room temp was amazing!! You must go there….you won’t regret it. Oh, by the way…Kyle made a great malt… we lived it!!!!

The Ideal “spot” to sit for burger & beer. Patio was dog friendly and relaxed with Window service direct to bartender for either cans or tap (nice selection) Classic double cheeseburger loaded with fixings, basket of tots and real KC chili bowl paired with American lager as satisfying to all!

Absolutely delicious! Cheese curds were amaze balls. I had the goat and he had the triple threat. Even the tator tots were perfect. So glad we ventured out on this freezing night

Stopped in yesterday to give this place a try. Ended up with the Cheesy Brownfield with all toppings and Dubliner Irish cheddar cheese. The burger was good, but not knock your socks off good. The toppings (greens, onion, tomato, pickles) were all fresh and crispy. The Dubliner Irish cheddar was excellent and loved the flavor of it! The patty was cooked medium and had good flavor. Had the nanofries as a side for the burger and they were hand cut and tasted great. Also had the Fiddler fries for an appetizer. Excellent flavor and fresh jalapeño add a nice kick. Did not have any beer or cocktails so I will be back to try that side at some point!

First time trying this place, after my wife read about it in the Pitch, and will definitely go back. The service was great (our server was one of the owners) and friendly. We went there for lunch and they have excellent food (we had the Frisco melt and the Ruben) at a very fair price.
