I would say that I had a very Unhappy meal at this place. First of all they do not have all the ingredients for anything you will order. at the end I order something that was missing only the parsley. anyway It tasted like nothing. I like eating fruits and vegetable, and I am used with the tasteless american fresh food, bit this one was just too much. Plus they were cheap even on the napkins. It was ridiculous and pricey. After this meal I went and I bought some donuts from around the corner, much better choice.

I worked at this location years ago and it was well organized, clean everything was fresh and tasty and we had an A1 staff. Bring me back so this place can get back in order! My manager name was Sandy I used to stay late for delayed flights coming so they could grab food when getting off the plane. I would really love to come back and work for this company. Just reading the reviews are sad because I know what this company can be and that’s great. Also if Evon still works there she was an employee I worked with there. Bring back a great worker with more to show now.

The staff seem to be in a perpetual hurry to get you to order food. It is one thing to be friendly and persuasive but this is a different level. I ordered the only vegetarian wrap on their menu – the sesame Asian quinoa wrap. To their credit the cashier did tell me it will take “a minute more than normal” as they have to make it fresh. I was ok with that, but not for 15+ minutes it took.

This place deserves 0 stars. Awful customer service. Sold me a strawberry smoothie then after I paid said we only have pineapple?? So I got a refund. Also ordered plain bagel. Got to my gate and the bagel is cinnamon raisin. So I went back and the manager/employees were awful and rude. No apology, no words at all really. Will never ever ever go back.

Should have checked the reviews first. Total chaos. There were 3 staff members and one other customer. They gave my sandwich to the other guy and tried to give me his. The other guy had already left. They apologized with the excuse that they were ‘so busy”. Ciabatta was burned on the outside and cold on the inside. Staff members yell at each other and talk loudly to customers. Stay away!

I was kina in a hurry to leave out on a flight but thought I’d grab a bite to eat as it looked as tho the glass was clean as a employee was cleaning it, which impressed me upon first impression. I was waiting 10 mins before they noticed I wanted to place my order, which is surprising as i was leaning on the counter in front of register. During this wait, they helped two other customers, who just walked up to the counter. What do they think I like just leaning on the counter all day trying to make eye contact an get service or are they playing some sort of game where they just lazy?!? One employee even was waking around behind the counter careful to not make eye contact w me piddling around w cleaning things. Finally I get my order in, I see they have pickled onions on menu so I add extra of them to my panini, but the employee only put plain red onions on it… after that we get to register an employee says it will be $10 something, for a $7.49 sandwich?!? The employee then states that he charged xtra for pickles n onions which is not what I wanted. I complained and got the price down to $9.??but I was still very irritated as I didn’t get my pickled onions anyways as I wanted in the first place. Then I ask for a ice water to drink w my sandwhich as in water cup/free fountain water, they say they don’t have em an that I can go to airport water fountains to drink water?!?… at this point it had been over 15 mins since I started the process with this place, I finally get my food going on almost 20 mins, an they completely burnt an ruined the panini. I mean it was smoking an likely at a point of catching fire, completely charred bread! I’m surprised the employee even wrapped the burnt sandwich up an served it to me, they even had to use the spatula to scrape the contents of what was left of the bread off the panini cooker… I asked for refund an they gave me a $7 refund bkas they were looking at a wrong receipt mistakenly, I had to get to my flight as it should have started boarding at this point an so I said I’d call em later to discuss the charges but my flight was delayed an they followed me to my gate an ask me to come back for correct refund which I did… so many screw ups I don’t have much symphathy left for em… there were only 3-4 customers the entire time I was there, so it wasn’t like they can blame the screw ups on being busy either… I noticed the order b4 mine they forgot a drink someone ordered, makes me wonder what’s going on here?!? Do the employees just not care about anything? Are they just that lazy?

4 stars for a quick eat place. Not a sit down restaurant. You want a salad with the toppings of your choosing? – Green Leafs has them. And yummy looking wraps. The panini has good, hot, and satisfying – although if you are in a hurry, don’t order this … it took at least 5 minutes (forever in airport time).

I ordered a plain bagel with cream cheese and a small coffee. After paying I was informed they didn’t have any plain bagels left, just raisin, so I said okay. Then… I get the coffee and bagel but they have run out of cream cheese and sent someone to find some. What!?!? After waiting 15 minutes I gave up and left. This place is poorly run. Spend your money somewhere else.
