Compared to some of the other local Chinese buffet, the food here at Green Jade isn’t rushed and thrown under some heat lamps. They have a better selection of dishes and appetizers to order from thier menu, compared to a buffet where food can sit there for hours.

I know General Tao’s Chicken isn’t authentic Chinese, but it is also the one dish every single Chinese restaurant in the US serves. It should be a no brainer, an easy dish that should be impossible to mess up. However, at the Green Jade, they will serve you a bowl of vinegar sauce and soggy chicken pieces. It was impossible to eat as it felt like acid burning my mouth. Their cashew chicken lacked seasoning and was served with celery and carrots that both were undercooked and very hard. The triple delight was the only dish that seemed decent. Will not order from here again.

I love the chicken and broccoli extra sauce, chicken Mei fun no vegr and lomein no vege w extra sauce is delicious too. I’m not a fan of the beef here but I know others who love it. They only do take out but the wait is usually 20-25 min. Great service. I highly recommend.

Best Chinese food! I have lived in a big city for the past few years, but I have never found one that compares to Green Jade. Have to stop here every time I come back. The General Tso is unmatched.

Excellent food, however Google Maps is wrong when it says that you can dine in. Right now, food is takeout only.

This is an average Chinese restaurant. The food and prices are on par with what you can expect to find at any of the Chinese restaurants around the country.

Agree with the portion size. It is small. What really disappointed me was I asked for an extra ingredient in two of the food items I purchase for a $1 each item. Got home to discover that I received 3-4 slivers of the extra ingredient. Thought at least for the extra $2 I would have got my money’s worth, it I guess not. I bought the crispy shrimp with black pepper. I liked it, but it was not as peppery as I wanted it to be. Most of the food I ordered tasted sweet. But, all the food was fresh! Maybe I will order from this restaurant again…

The taste and quality of food we’re very good, however, as many people stated previously, the portion size is much less than any other Chinese restaurant I’ve ever been to. I had the Happy Family for over $12 and also ordered spring rolls and crab Rangoons and my girlfriend had beef and broccoli. I left having finished everything I ordered and was not stuffed, nor did I have any leftovers.

Small, family owned restaurant with a comfortable feel to it. Lots of good items on the menu, all handmade. Most dishes are in the $6-8 range, but they’re also pretty satisfying and filling for the price you pay. Definitely a good place to eat with friends and family.
