Incredible Dining Experience! Ben, our server was hitting on all cylinders. Chicken Kabob, although traditional, was OFF THE HOOK delicious! If you’re east of Columbus, OH looking for some Amazing Greek Cuisine, Greek Star is the place to go! I was in town on business and will definitely return on my next trip to OSU!

The Greek Star in Pickerington is our spot for simple Greek food. The Greek star is a casual spot with a friendly staff. They have a full bar and sometimes a special in beer. The food is good, and the service is fast. This spot is where we meet friends for dinner and then linger over drinks and gab. We always order gyros and a side of fries which are large and delicious.

I ordered four gyros with everything on the side including the sauces. When I arrived all four had already had sauce on them. I explain to the young man at the register that three of my four kids will not eat this and the only thing he could say was, that was that they did their best that they could do. I presented him with a discount, but was still charge the higher price. In addition, I was also charged the discounted price as well. I asked for sauces on the side, so our family can dip their gyros in the sauces. The young man proceeded to charge me an additional five dollars. Needless to say, being charged three different times is incredibly frustrating, as well as mine boggling. I called the next day to speak with the manager, and he could not communicate with me because he does not speak English. Unreal! What a horrible way to do business. You have a customer standing in front of an employee telling them that this is a waste of money because my kids will not eat this and then him saying we did our best. They didn’t even offer to remake them. As well as charge me an additional amount. Multiple times.

We recently moved back to the area after 8 plus years. We ordered Greek Star kind of remembering having it when we lived here previously and immediately remembered why we loved it so much. I don’t know what that tzatziki sauce has in it that makes it so different and delicious! Those greek fries are the best. We probably order once every 1-2 weeks. We love it!

Ordered 2 gyros made two different ways and bagged separately for wife because I was headed to work. Place clean, people friendly. Order terribly messed up. I did ask which was which and was instructed mine has the extra tomatoes on the side, although I and for then on the gyro, sauce on the side and extra pita bread…but ok. So ended up with everything being mixed up! I ended up with hers and V/V. Guess it’s my fault bc God told me to check it throughly, but tried to give BOTD bc I never had a problem before. JUST DISAPPOINTED THAT’S ALL!

The servers have long hair hanging in their faces, a turn off, food took a long time to get, they were not that busy, just saying servers who take your orders should not be constantly pulling their hair back,, it’s unsanitary!!! Prices way high for portions,
