I have been going to this restaurant for thirty years. If you are looking for a five star experience good luck finding it in this price range. Sometimes one of the dishes might be lacking but all in all pretty good food. There is always a table or booth waiting for you any time of the week in this quiet and comfortable restaurant. There lunch special is always good. If you are always looking for the bad in something chances are you will find it. Try to enjoy everything you do.

I can’t understand how this restaurant stays in business; there must not be much competition in Hickory Hills. My and my family went during the lunch hour on a Saturday and it was completely empty (1st indicator we should go elsewhere). The coke was flat and tasted old. Actually the old taste was a theme throughout the meal. The orange chicken was awful and was served with slimy orange slices and inedible broccoli. The service was terrible too. There’s nothing that would make me go back. No lunch special is cheap enough for me to spend my $ there. I bet all of their customers are new and no one returns!

We order online at 11:30 because it said they were open at 11:30. It said be there at 11:45 for pickup. My husband walks in ready to pay to be kicked out to wait outside because he said we don’t open until noon. Then I suggest you change that on your own sign. They are very lucky I wasn’t there because I would of told them forget it and would of gone somewhere else. If you weren’t ready and said that fine it happens I get it first order of the day. To be rude is not worth it. This is the last time they will ever get any money from me.

CLOSED the restaurant is clean and not noisy. the staff that i think are the owners are very nice. the food was very good and the prices are also good. I loved the flying dragon from the bar, 2 was my limit i had to drive. I am definitely going again just found my fav place for Chinese.

I went there for lunch few days ago. I ordered Lo Mein. Lo Mein is usually consistent everywhere I’ve ordered it except for this place. The food looked like boiled veggies with few thin noodles. I could not even taste it. I took it back and they exchanged it for Combination Fried Rice. I ate few spoons of that and threw the rest away. It didn’t taste right. Their recipe just didn’t do it for me.

Worst restaurant ever. Delivered food and they brought the wrong thing. When we called the man he was very rude and blamed the wrong order on us. The man agreed to bring the right one and when the delivery man came he brought the wrong thing and then started yelling at us. He wanted the wrong order back which is fine but then took all food back and left and kept our money! Very unprofessional

My favorite dish is the crispy shrimp and egg drop soup. It’s a large dining area that’s usually empty whenever I go most people come there just to get takeout there’s a bar next door there seems to get a few people also definitely worth the visit if you want good food in a quiet atmosphere
