Food was good. The service is horrible. Made an order online for 6pm. Walked in at 6pm and myself and 2 other people picking up orders were in line for 25 minutes with no greeting or even a look up from cooking. I walked up to the counter and asked about my order. It had been sitting on the counter the whole time getting cold.

The staff was rude to me as I was picking up 2 door dash orders. The staff took longer than was necessary to fill the orders as there were no tickets and there was no one at the ovens. After waiting over 20 mins I finally had the orders thrown at me. I’m a door dasher and usually the merchant tells me which order is which so I don’t have to poking around the bags of food, Since she put the tickets in the bags and was rude when I asked which was which, I flat out told them they were getting this review. I encounter a lot of restaurants everyday and this is the 2nd great wall I’ve given a bad review too.

These people are NEVER open. Every time I try to order or go in, even though their hours say they’re open they’re not. Their food is not even that good but they’re the closest Chinese place around Haysville. Either run your business or close it! Or change your hours and days to actually serve the public when you’re going to. Seriously, have a business and run it right or just close it. Either you’re lazy or just don’t care so decide what you want to do. Run it or close it!!

Food is always great, and no complaints about them whatsoever, their crab rangoon is amazing with so much filling compared to flour chip ratio. It doesn’t really matter how “filthy” or “gross” the building looks but the food is always out fresh and warm and thats all I care about tbh, it’s easy to just order online, get my food, and enjoy my day with chinese

Very unfriendly staff. 4/20/23 I ordered the house special low mein. It had 3 pieces of shrimp, 4 pieces of chicken, 3 pieces of onion and one sliver of carrot. Not what the menu shows. False advertising?

How have they not been turned into Health Dept for an Inspection? No customers. They watch me struggle trying to get Mom’s Wheelchair out of trunk. Got stuck trying to keep door open wide enough while helping Mom get over bump & inside. No offers to help. Soon as walked in everything FILTHY, obviously not wiped down, brownish-yellow hue everywhere. BA NOT handicap accessible. Sticky floors. Entire open air box of plastic flimsy spoons covered in greasy, slime. Went thru bottom of box, all felt NASTY. I asked for a clean spoon, he pointed to box, told him sticky, gave me nasty 1 anyway. Esp w/COVID precautions can’t believe they have cardboard box everyone stick hands in & grab worthless plastic utensils. Around their plastic divider discolored, sticky, filthy everywhere. “Fried rice” looked like yellow, bland rice you get frozen TV dinners. Mom’s pork for Sweet & Sour Pork was burnt, hard to chew, didn’t taste right. Mom doesn’t get out much. We looked FWD to Great Wall food. Filthy & disappointing. Why hasn’t Great Wall corporate shutdown this location?? Destroying the brand’s reputation. Some kindness & helpfulness w/ older customers could keep you in business.
