Hot and sour soup tasted like it had been on day 3 or 4. The noodles tasted reheated. The fried food was avg like any other chinese place. There are several chinese places in the area, i would hard pass on this one.

I called and spoke with a woman. Tried to order sesame tofu. She said she would ask the kitchen if it was possible. I was placed on hold for 10 minutes and ended up hanging up because it was odd to be on hold for so long. I called back to confirm my order and a man answered. I asked if the woman had asked the kitchen about the sesame tofu and he seemed confused. While I’m on the phone with him a number from Atlanta, GA is calling me so I hung up and answred. It was the woman again calling from a different number than the one listed here. It was all very strange as if they weren’t in the same restuarant. Bottom line, even if the food would have been good, the experience was very odd (scam vibes almost) thus we ordered from happy dragon because I’m always a happy dragon when I get food from there.

I only eat here occasionally. Normally ordering their broccoli and chicken lunch special. Their food is serviceable. It meets my cravings but probably would not impress a foodie. My biggest issue with them is that their dishes are rice heavy. I understand that rice is less expensive than either chicken or broccoli, but they shouldn’t make the fact they are trying to save money so obvious. Today my order came with extra chicken, and it looked like an amount of chicken I should have normally received. They have messed up my last two orders but to their credit have rectified both issues. The restaurant is always spotless whenever I pick up my order. And the staff is always nice.

I love the food and customer service at Great Wall. Mai Fun is one of my favorite dishes and Great Wall makes it right every time. The food is always so fresh and well-seasoned. The lady who takes the orders is so nice and kind. I order from them 2 times a week…food is always ready and hot when I arrive.

Ordered the sesame chicken and teriyaki chicken tonight. Neither people would eat it. The sesame chicken was dark meat chicken and the teriyaki chicken had hard pieces in it. Honestly, we would like a refund. Absolutely gross.

Have ordered take out around 2times since recently moving to this area. Regarding the first order , we were told it would be around 45minutes to delivery. Living in a secure building we gave instructions to buzz. Within 20 minutes our food arrived hot & delicious. Next time, same outcome & we are tippers so we didn’t overlook the effort! This evening, making the 3 Rd attempt & paying 23$ for dinner over the phone, I am SO “HANGRY”, food never arrived & they are closed… what in the heck-hee-haw is this misuse of trust, service, & goodwill towards a fellow man EATING DINNER!

The last 2 times I ordered from this restaurant in the last month and a half, I have felt rough after eating it. Halfway into the last meal I ate there (5 days ago) I realized all the chicken was very pink on the inside. I’ve been sick ever since, had to miss work, and have severe stomach aches after I eat anything now. Not able to eat much at the moment and have the usual food poisoning symptoms (light headed, fatigue, strained and cramped stomach). I would suggest staying away from here until they make some changes in the food prep process.

This was the worst flavorless Chinese food we have ever had. Tastes like they do not use any seasoning or flavor whatsoever. NEVER order from this place! We purchased the shrimp fried rice, house special fried rice, eggrolls, and a side. Nothing had any flavor at all.
