This used to be my go to for Chinese food in Franklin however over the last 6 months it has really gone down hill. (They are now closed Sundays which is when I typically get Chinese food to watch sports on my day off.) Secondly the food portion sizes have gone down. You get more rice but when you order a bourbon chicken and it’s 95% rice and very little chicken then it isn’t worth the money. Also for the last 3 trips there is barely any bourbon sauce on the chicken and again you get very little chicken yet a ton of rice.

Excellent and a Great Find in Franklin Virginia. Really Fresh nice portions and very nice customer service. The food is not over spiced with sugar and salt it us simply delicious. Lots of variety and steamed dishes avaliable.

I ordered the seafood delight and when I got home to eat my food I seen a lot of hair in my food. I called up there to let them know and the lady said (hair in your food? We don’t have hair) and she hung up on me. I will not be ordering from great wall again. NEVER!!!!!!

Very, very mad & unhappy. I drove 45 minutes bc it said buffet but when I got there they said they no longer have a buffet even though the sign outside still says buffet. Secondly I decided to order a main entree instead and asked for the steamed green beans and was told they are out & I have to order those a whole day in advance for that

The people there are so friendly, the food is excellent & service is quick. Best in Franklin by far. I don’t know if they deliver, I’m going to find out though. Even if they don’t, their food & service is well worth the 10 minutes to drive there. I do wish that they would post their hours though.
