Favorite Chinese takeout in the area! My go-to’s are the Kung-Pao Chicken and Coconut Shrimp. My husband gets the Wontons or Chicken Lo Mien as his regular. We always have at least 1-2 more meals from leftovers because they are very generous with the portions and the food is ready in 10 min or less every time. Plus they are the only place within 5 miles of us that delivers without the absurd Grubhub fees.

I wanted to give this place a fair shot, so I made sure to try like 4 different things before I left a review, but man it was pretty disappointing. Honestly, it would be fine if it were the only place in the area, but there are lots of other options around. Everything tastes like it was either frozen and/or from a bag and just heated up. From what I’ve had, it’s more comparable to Chinese food you’d get at a generic buffet. If you’re paying a little more for take out, it should be elevated a little bit or at least made fresh there. It just all tasted off, so sorry!

Really bad quality meat, I took one taste from my pad thai and the chicken was gamey, chewy, and slimy. Threw the whole thing away. Not to mention they put a red sauce all over it? That’s not traditional pad thai (I know that’s not Chinese, but they offer it on their menu). Went in February and somehow the inside was colder than outside? Never going back there.

Absolutely the worst sweet and sour shrimp ever. Fried so hard crisp where shrimp was no longer existent If I could post zero stars it would be too much.

WOW. First time ordering from here and it won’t be the last. I got the shrimp and pineapple fried rice (pictured) with hot & sour soup, and wontons sauteed in garlic sauce. Delivery was fast.

I’m sorry, but our meal was aweful. The won ton soup was so salty. The sweet and sour chicken was like tiny hard pellets of God knows what. The sesame chicken was a congealed glob of grease, salty and tasteless. The spring roll was ok. Never be back. Waste of 40.00.

They have great food and take direction well. We usually ordered by delivery and they have suspended delivery for now. We did recently pick up an order. It was prepared nicely and on time.

Feel bad leaving a negative review for a business that may be trying it’s best. Glad I tried this place at least, won’t be returning, can find better basic Chinese food elsewhere. It’s basically a take out joint but they have a few tables. Looked a little dirty with a dead bug lying on floor. General Tso’s chicken was alright, but they really skimp on the broccoli portion which is supposed to complement the chicken part with just two very very TINY pieces of broccoli. Disappointed. If you’re in a pinch and need food to live, I’m sure this food can suffice. Customer service was so so.

I was impressed with the food here. I’m not a fan of most Chinese restaurants but Great Wall was delicious! The veggies were fresh and not overcooked like you sometimes find with Chinese restaurants. The food was not super greasy/oily, either. It was just delicious! We had the szechuan beef, vegetable lo mein, sweet and sour chicken and drunken chow fun noodle dish. All were very good. If you like spicyish food definitely try the drunken noodle dish – very good. The sweet and sour chicken was given to us as chicken in one box and sauce in a container so it doesn’t get soggy and allows you to control how much you put on. We are just out of their delivery radius but they are good enough that will be driving to do take out.

Terrific, fresh, not greasy and not stinky Chinese food in Doylestown, which can’t be said for a lot of their competitors! Highly recommend. Was also given very quick and courteous service today, which I appreciated as I was on my lunch break from work. Food came out very quickly, yet still hot and fresh. They also have several unique dishes to try on top of the typical American Chinese food repertoire, which i appreciate. Enjoy!
