Food was nasty I asked for small pieces of orange chicken….I called back he said I can’t do nothing and hung up didn’t even give me the opportunity to bring the item back so the trash it went and the egg roll was old….they gave me a lot of rice but it was bland so I just tossed the whole meal this is the second time they have just gave me what they wanted to . Before I called and asked for a shrimp EGG ROLL she said okay. I pick my order up come home and it’s SPRING ROLLS I called back she then said we don’t have shrimp egg rolls…so why take my order for it? Just to get my money and fyi they charge for fortune cookies just to HONG KONG kitchen on Pine ave better food and you get what you ordered

Food was disgusting no taste only salty brown sauce, which immediately turned watery. The only veggies were onions and mushrooms. Oh I forgot to mention that the food made me noxious I vomited and felt much better afterwards.

By far the worst Chinese food in the city of niagara falls. It never gets better. I have had it multiple times and its declining. 27th and pine Ave and taste great in wegmans plaza are definitely the best. My opinion

I have been ordering from Great Wall for well over 15 years. Whether pickup, dine in or delivery, the food is ALWAYS hot, and amazing. Although like most people, I tend to have my favorites. However, in the past year I’ve decided to challenge myself and try at minimal, over a dozen new dishes, and I’ve loved them all!! My new favorites are chicken teriyaki (yummm), Beef chow mai fun (rice noodles), Moo Shoo beef/chicken (Although I recommend extra pancakes if sharing this dish), and chicken egg foo young (which I substitute garlic sauce instead of the gravy for a bit more spice). The vegetable lomein, I could eat almost every day, and the customer service is topnotch. There is no better chinese restaurant in this area that serves better quality food, great friendly service, and large quantities. If you’re looking to try something new, ask the staff and they will absolutely help guide you with recommendations that you’ll love! I wish I could give Great Wall 10 stars!! Don’t rely solely on reviews, you must try their amazing food!!

Check you bag. Sometimes they forget things. The dining area could be cleaner. The floor is dirty and littered with wrappers and stuff that’s blown in from the parking lot.

I’ll rate a one because the food is alright. The older white lady that works there needs to be fired. We walked to the counter and she blew up on a door dasher that came in after us. She was really impatient, rude, and lazy! My husband walked to the fridge after she asked what we wanted to drink. As he was looking I waited at the counter. She said, “ People don’t know how to make up their mind today.” I replied asking her what she said, I couldn’t believe my ears. She looked at me and said, “ oh nothing.” We sat and waited for our food at the table my husband asked if she had any chopsticks cause we were going to eat in, her reply was rude. “ Yeah, behind the counter but you will have to come to the front and get them.” She also carried herself with an attitude and made the environment of the whole place feel icky. She has no patience and is not friendly. As I always say, If you don’t like your job find another one. I didn’t say anything in the restaurant, but I really hope her nasty mouth gets adjusted. ♂️

I usually get great food here, but this time they were lacking. I ordered a chicken mei fun (not available as lunch special) and had eaten half before I found any chicken. I think $10 for a dish of rice noodles is a bit expensive!! I have to say this is the first time this has happened to me here.The lunch specials are still a good deal even with a price increase. They usually make 2 servings for me.
