I visited this location today and attempted to order two Philly cheesesteak combos. The cashier taking my order preceded to inform me that they don’t do special requests and that they would accommodate me this time. Fun fact I have ate at this franchise many times and I always had my meat cooked well. Today I cancelled the order & they lost a costumer. I want my food cooked well and I don’t think I am asking for anything extravagant.

I went here today for lunch after seeing the overall good reviews. I’m so disappointed and I can’t for the life of me figure out what people are flipping out about. Have you L.A. people ever been to Philly and had a REAL one? Everything was bland form the sandwich to the fries, absolutely zero flavor, but it smelled so good! What trickery!

The food portions are decent, and the flavors are good. I had Philly steak sandwich with grilled peppers and onions and cheese sauce. I was disappointed to find out that they didn’t offer steak sauce…A1 is typical.

Dont go here. Here is very terrible restaurant. This is NOT Greek food. I dont know what they are cooking. Also, The working staff are unaware of the basics. I saw a smoker making sandwiches without washing his hands. It was terrible. I don’t want to go again.

So I am giving this place 5 stars because I have been here 3 times now. My favorite is the Buffalo chicken philly sandwich. Their Chicken Bacon Ranch sandwich is a close second. I didn’t take pics of those but decided to take a picture of the Original Philly Cheesesteak. I decided to go with nacho cheese instead of the other white cheese. The steak was delicious but I really like their chicken better.
