I order the cheese steak and it was disgusting. It look nothing like the photo on the menu and the cheese was out of a can not melted on. This is my 1st time at mall America and I will definitely be telling people not to eat here and how bad my experience was. Plus the worker were on the phones more they were helping me.

We eat here all the time! I’ve had both the Philly Cheeseburger and Philly Cheesesteak, the onion and pepper portions are generous and the food is really tasty. I was surprised to see so many poor reviews, as we’ve eaten here many times and each time it was a great experience. Give them a try next time you’re at MOA! They have two locations.

Since I love Cheesesteaks but dislike Great Steak in the Mall of America’s main food court, I decided to try the location in the other food court. Not only was it a mistake on my part, but I learned something from the experience.

Very dry, almost tasteless- the only reason they get 2 stars is because there were only 2 guys working and were working hard. One cook one on reg. Don’t recommend eating here. Only enjoyed the Mountain Dew and the service :/

The large Grest Steak sandwich combo was huge! Came with an order of French fries and a drink. I love that the food is made right in front of you! Fast friendly service. Price was on point. Huge portion! There is no way I will be able to eat all this!!! Tasted fantastic. I recommend!

Wanted to get some food with a lemonade, but the people before me got it all and that’s fine. She said maybe 4 minutes to fill I said ok I’ll wait on it, so I got out of line a proceeded to wait in front of establishment only for her to keep looking over like she didnt expect me to stay really. And then yelled over about 5 minutes later and said they not going to fill it. If you had no intentions on filling it don’t tell people otherwise.
