I’m posting this review in hopes that someone in charge at Great Steak sees it. I work at the mall and today decided to stay in for lunch due to the weather. The guy working (by himself apparently) is doing a fantastic job filling multiple orders singlehandedly while being polite and pleasant with customers. This guy deserves some recognition! Disgusted. I ended up not being able to eat my meal because dude that made my potato had gloves on and was messing with his face and nose. Did NOT wash his hands or even change gloves. Just plain ole nasty!

Checkout was really slow. Then it took about 10 minutes to get my potato. No warning it would take so long, and it wasn’t very busy. Potato was a pretty sad sight, but at least it was cooked through.

I should have read the reviews before eating here. They were not sanitary at all,, used same glove to prepare my fries and sandwich. My fries sat in grease before she dropped them. I used to love eating here when I was in Eastland Mall shopping, definitely not the same. My sandwich was gross she drench my steak in season before cooking so all I tasted when I ate my sandwich was the seasoning( ruined my sandwich). I will not be returning and do not recommend

I can understand delayed shipments being why they didn’t have steak or fries, but I went ahead and ordered a chicken with mushrooms onions and cheese sandwich. New manager’s came out several times from the back but didn’t even acknowledge I’d been standing there for a long period of time. It took 25 min and the sandwich didn’t have enough chicken on it to supply enough for half a sandwich. They were even out of coke. They might as well have closed.
