Found a DEAD ROACH in my food today, of course with my luck, I didn’t notice it until I got to the very end of my meal. I’ve never been so grossed out in my life! I will never order from here again. I do not recommend this restaurant.. they need to call an exterminator!

Possibly the worst chinese spot on long island, i ordered bonless spare ribs and prk fried rice , crab rangoon, and shrimp lo mein and threw all of it in the garbage $25 everything was soggy and chewy lomein was like mush rice looks and tasted 2 days old worst descion ever , all bc they were rated 4 stars i ordered from here, but this food Sucks U will not finish ur food dont waste ur money here!

The service was horrible call placed order at 7:30 pm and got food at 9:10 pm each time I called for eta for delivery was told on its way and the lady the last time said it’s busy and hung up on me then driver called me at 9:10 playing on my phone talking about are you hungry or not come outside then said someone came and got my food . NEVER AGAIN….. HORRIBLE

I ordered plantains with bbq sauce and chicken wings.. at the end of my meal i found a dead ROACH in my food!!!!!! When i called to complain how disgusting & unacceptable this was, the man on the phone blamed it on having a new chef & said “no refunds, we can only make you new food” I will never eat here again. 100%do not recommend. And the lady always has a nasty attitude when you call to place an order.

This is the BEST Chinese food!! We’ve been ordering from them for the past eleven years and eaten practically everything off their menu and it’s all delicious. The chicken (or any meat) in garlic sauce, the general tsao’s chicken are all wonderful. They always provide a lot of fresh vegetables and cook with very little oil and they are the most pleasant and helpful people!!

lady on the phone very very nasty, rushes you off the phone and will hang up in your face if you dont order to her speed. I called back asking why did she hang up the phone and she started yelling in my ear saying dont call back dont order here nomore. Very bad costumer service. A phone call will make you not even want their food. and obviously they buy reviews. none of these good reviews are accurate. PLEASE dont be fooled

I stopped by chance at this Chinese restaurant, they had a great service and a super nice friendly people. The food tastes great and served in a timely manner… They don’t have a large space or lots of tables so it is recommended just to order to take out.
