My breakfast sandwich was still cold in the middle and the eggs are a cold patty that is barely reheated. Bacon tastes okay but very flat poor quality. The bagels are good but poorly prepared. Toasted but still squishy with no crunch and not warm. Drastically over priced.

I would give this a zero if I could, employees were extremely rude to me and the nice lady in front of me so I left. Many of them were on their phones while there was an extremely long line as well.

Burnt “Af” charcoal bagel: waited in line to ask refund and cashier was slow to retrieve management, waited a few minutes before other employee mentioned it was most likely forgotten, the main cashier acted to not help situation with eye roll service.

Plain bagel with cream cheese is fantastic. Inexpensive (for an airport), and very tasty. Warm, nicely toasted fresh bagel and just the right amount of cream cheese. Would get again any day.
