I found this place on the Holy Cow app and we had high hopes. They had a difficult time coming up with something for us as their gluten free ingredients are kept in a separate space from their plant based ingredients. I personally don’t understand why they wouldn’t just keep them both separated, which would solve the problem.

Really great pizzeria! Awesome wings and awesome pizza. Plus they have a drive thru Can get pretty busy so be patient. In the area there are many decent options but this is the better pizzeria in the area , pizza heist down the road is. A close second.

We moved from Williamsville to this area and the first time we got this pizza we knew it was our new favorite place. The pizza is excellent very cheesy and great flavor with a good crust. The chickens wings are very good. Excellent flavor and juicy. They could be a little more crispy but they are still excellent. As a buffalo born native I highly recommend this place!

We order from here ALL THE TIME have never had a issue we are loyal customers if grassos. We ordered a couple chicken finger subs and they did not taste right honestly tasted so bad I couldn’t even eat it. When I called the manager just kept saying “I don’t know what it could be” said if she remade it that it would taste the exact same” that to me is horrible customer service because the sub that I tasted today should never taste the way it did.

Have taken out a few times from Grassos in the past and the pizza/garlic sticks are usually fairly decent. Walked in today for the first time in a while and stood at the counter for literally five minutes while employees peeked out of the office, talked on the phone and all but ignored me. Not even a “just a minute” or “be with you shortly”. Service has never been great, but this was terrible. Walked out without anything and went to Rivas. They are very quick with their service, even if their portions are somewhat smaller (and therefore less expensive) and, bonus, they normally have a decent attitude. Maybe I should have used the drive-thru.

We ordered the grazones (calzone). I had the chicken spinach and my sister had the pepperoni and mushrooms. AMAZING!! So good and huge! I like that they gave us 2 marinara sauce containers and 2 ranch containers. You gotta try one!

Saw Pizza Hut was newly opened so I had a taste for pizza, but then found out that it’s owned by people from “ out of town”. I realized that all the pizzas they are selling is taking away from the mom and pops pizzerias. So I went to Grassos instead , the girl at the counter had a poor attitude and was not cordial whatsoever. She was put out when I asked for a bag for the 4 containers she stacked on the counter. Her co-worker made some kind of snide remark as well. But I was like ….how am I supposed to carry these out without dropping them.? I have lived in Lancaster all my life. This is my first time at Grassos……..and my LAST. I’ll do my business at Pizza Hut from now on because Grassos sux.

So disappointed. I can’t eat Gluten but they offer a gluten free pizza that really tasted good the first time I ordered. This second time around it looks like some just slopped the pizza in the box . There wasn’t even cheese on parts of the crust. This was supposed to be a treat but instead I ended up feeding the garbage can a $13 mess of cheese, sauce, pepperoni & my dreams of decent tasting pizza.

I enjoy Grasso’s every time I get it. Most recently I purchased the new plant based chicken pizza and it was delicious! The owner Sarah is very accommodating to those individuals who are plant based/vegan by not cutting the pizza, as well as even having plant based options! Can’t wait for our next pizza!

Simply will never go back. There was a time when I would ONLY order from Grassos. We went there twice a week. Would always take my kids and eat in. But then they butchered 4 orders in a row. And I mean butchered. The first one, they delivered a completely different order. We had to eat it because we were leaving for a show and couldn’t wait for them to remake our order. The last time we ordered there was a HUGE long hair running through the crust which should have been impossible to miss while cutting it. I’ve never complained because the managers seem hard to talk to. We just wont be back.
