Quaint, not trying to be anything special. But the food was ok. Smelled a little fishy in there but not horrible. The bathroom was purely disgusting though. Hot sauce looked like it had been out for years and didn’t have a lid on it. BUT I tried egg drop mushroom soup for the first time. It was interesting and pretty good actually! The buns/dim sum platter was 90% meat based but my friends said it was only okay and they had no idea what each thing was. My friend said the chicken fried rice was simply not good as it had no flavor. Overall, probably not worth the price.

Quite possibly the worst Chinese food we have ever eaten in any Chinatown. The chicken (in the spicy stir fried chicken) tasted like it was precooked and just sautéed in the sauce at the last minute. The dim sum was okay, nothing to write home about. Overall a super disappointing experience!!

A Chinese restaurant in the Chinatown area.

A fine walk through Chinatown you’re bound to cross this place. It offers fresh and fair portioned foods, that are worth the price.

The food was good. I was going to tip 20%. But when the bill was handed to me, it was already tipped 15 percent. This is ridiculous. Because tipping itself is a voluntary act, but the store forced me to add. Although I had intended to leave a 20% tip, I didn’t want to leave a penny. And they’re targeting us Asians, and they don’t dare make tipping mandatory for Westerners.

I was walking around Chinatown and saw this place was still open past 10pm as everything else seemed to be closed. Yes the service here does need to be better, but they were not rude to me. It was just one server tending to a full house and he did forget me when it came to my check, but I didn’t mind that part. Overall, I will definitely come back here for the Peking Duck. I got some soup also, which was really good. But the Peking Duck really sold me the most here.

Yep, still here in San Francisco in the Financial District. Decided to venture out a little bit since I had an evening off and wasn’t being lazy or cool weather averse.

Great out of the way place to have some delicious Chinese food. They were really nice. The dim sum plate and sweet and sour pork were so good, and plenty of food for two after a long day of walking all over the city.
