Very middle of the road for lunch. People around us ordered breakfast and it looked amazing. The food was edible, the service was acceptable, and the atmosphere was quiet.

It’s a nice mom-and-pop eatery that reminds you of the good Ole days. Their best dish to me is the “Gary’s ” breakfast bowls, which are served throughout the day. Service by Wendy is always nice and atmosphere relaxed. They occasionally have live music on Wednesdays featuring local artists, including an amazing artist called Duffy, who played really nice country, folk and pop tunes for 3 hours straight. It is sometimes accompanied by an accomplished violinist named Teri and another guitarist.

We have been going weekly to Granny’s every Tuesday morning right when they open. Gary, the owner, is a great guy who makes the best pancakes around. I can also vouch for the ultimate breakfast bowl is awesome too. Gary makes you feel like you are his #1 customers. Check this place out and you will not be disappointed.

Not very clean and was charged for an item we had to send back and they couldn’t replace. They also charge a quarter for tap water. I’m giving them 3 stars because the food was really good. We had a Philly omelet, scrambled eggs, homemade corned beef hash and grits.

Greeted us when we entered. Coffee served promptly, checked back for refills. Service was excellent. Breakfast was good, food was hot, delivered in a timely manner. Owner chatted with us. Very friendly place. If in area again, will return.
