The Granite Grille is located inside the beautiful Quarry Golf Club, a few miles east of Waco. The course is partially surrounded by an equally beautiful HOA of homes. The club house / event center is large, modern, and tastefully executed. Within the clubhouse is the must-visit Granite Grille. The grille has indoor seating of course, but also has a wonderful, partially-enclosed patio dining area complete with a full bar, outside tables, and great view of the course. The white russian and the brandy Alexander were both the best in the area. The food menu is simple yet complete. Everything we ordered was perfectly prepared and presented in a top-notch manor. The food, in short – was wonderful and the facility as a whole is very classy.

I went today for a work dinner and they forgot about my order, which happens. But when I asked them about my order as my colleagues were eating they acting surprised that I had ordered, even though I was sitting at a table of 9 where everyone else was eating. When they finally brought the food I still didn’t have silverware or dressing (I ordered a salad). A few minutes later I asked the waitress for both and then she finally told me that they didn’t have chipotle ranch but they had ranch – if that was ok. At this point. Obviously yes it was as my co-workers were now done and waiting for me to eat (and watching me). She offered me a beer and I accepted but it was served to me about 20 minutes later after we had paid the bill and were ready to leave. Really awkward dinner. The food was ok and the view was pretty good but I would not go back to granite grill and wouldn’t recommend it unless you are golfing there and it’s a convenience thing.

Stopped out on wing night with friends. Jumbo wings were truly jumbo, steak in the steak sandwich hung over the bun, and all salads, soups, and sandwiches were delicious and fairly priced. A warm comfortable setting well worth the visit.

Sorry but not as good as it used to be. The home made chips are the best anywhere. The Philly tasted as if it just came out of the Microwave. The chicken fingers were very good. Sitting outside is nice but something needs to be done to control the insects. Service was very good.

Great service, food, and Atmosphere is top notch! Large patio dining area is perfect for the current times. Portable heaters available on the colder nights. Open daily 11-9 make sure you stop by and give it a try. I guarantee it will be your new favorite place.

Decent food, but only ever been at lunch time. My go to order was always the turkey club, and i had people from out of town who wanted to go there specifically for it. This year though they changed it, and it’s not even remotely as good as it was. We stopped going as much because of it. Another new chef started just recently, so maybe they will bring it back to its former glory. I can only hope

Had a delicious lunch outside with family! The view was gorgeous! Lots of space, not crowded, PPO practiced so we felt safe and really enjoyed iurselves.We had a steak sandwich, philly steak sandwich, fries and the special. Everyone enjoyed their food. Great service and food came promptly. We had been there previously for a wedding reception and it is a wonderful venue.

Frozen burger was so dry it took a glass of water to try to choke it down. Then waitress disappeared for 30 minutes. I asked for the check and another vanishing act for another half hour. I asked the bartender for help and was met with a rude response.
