We’ve lived in Plum for years and order once a month at least and get the grandslam pizza with family sometimes and it’s always consistent. When it isn’t, all you have to do is send an email to them, and they’ll offer to make it right. We just had an issue with an order and the owner himself compensated us. Not looking for anything for free, just what we paid for and they were accommodating.

We ordered an xl cheese pizza. I don’t know who made it but it was paper thin, hardly any cheese nor sauce. Got home to see how thin it was and only had 10 slices instead of 12. I paid over 18 dollars for this, won’t be going back!

We order from Grandslam ALL the time! By far the best pizza around the area. Always have the best interactions with staff, never have mistakes with our order, and food always tastes delicious. My grandfather ordered a salad and there was a little “Enjoy!” note written on the box, they held the door for my mom who had her hands full, and the cashier went out of his way to ask my mom how her day had been. It’s an all around great experience everytime we order from Grandslam!! Definitely reccomend!!

The owner of this restaurant is rude and has an unprofessional appearance on social media. Also, the pizza isn’t good and lacks flavor. Far better pizza places in the area like Franco’s Pizza in Regency Park and Conca D’Oro Pizza two minutes down the road.

I ordered the Keto pizza and I must say it was delicious. The mushrooms plump and tasty, pepperoni very tasty, sauce was tasty as well. A lot of restaurants are skimming on ingredients , taste and quality while blaming it on covid. So happy that Grand slam is staying true to giving the guest what they paid for. Now because your pizza is so darn good, I have to travel from Penn Hills to get your Tasty and delicious Keto pizza. Keep on serving excellence.
