Ordered a deluxe and a cheese and pepperoni both very delicious. A less sweet pizza sauce then you find traditionally around Grand rapids from Joe’s, Lombardo’s , strombolis or Palermo’s. Very nice to get something that tastes different than the rest of the local pizza. Well order again and have to check out the rest of the menu it all looks excellent

We have enjoyed getting pizza and cheese bread from Grandma Capetta’s Pizza. They have a pretty full menu too. A nice local option. The 24″ pies were huge! 20 pieces

This was our first time trying Grandma Capetta’s pizza and it was awesome and not greasy! We had the thin crust and also ordered the bread bites that were yummy and fresh! Thank you for a great experience! We will be back!

Ordered for pick up over the phone a few weeks ago. Woman who answered seemed very annoyed and wasn’t the most pleasant person to deal with. When I went inside to pick up everyone was super nice (phone lady didn’t help me in person). Pizza was pretty good, my wife loves the buttery dough ball things.

Whenever someone asks me who has the best pizza, I always say Palermo. That is why held off on posting a negative review but the Hudsonville location is the ABSOLUTE WORST. The service is nonexistent! My past few orders and even the attempt to order has been nothing short of a fail. Today was the last straw. I asked for a half deluxe, half cheese pizza and got a pizza that had no cheese on half and toppings on the entire thing. This is not the first mishap and instead of doing what they can get to fix the situation, they treat you like you’re an inconvenience. I will be sure to never order from here again. The Hudsonville location is bad for the Palermo name.

We’ve had food delivered several times throughout the COVID shutdown, with little to no issue. However, my husband was out and about a few weeks ago and said he’d pick up pizza. He arrived shortly before it was supposed to be ready and ended up waiting about 30 minutes for our food to be done – we understand this, they were busy. So busy that their very small building was filled with UNMASKED people, he was the only one wearing a mask. (Not even the staff…) So, they’ve lost our business – we cannot trust and will not support a company that does not take the health and safety of the people they serve seriously.

We’ve ordered Palermo pizza from the Jenison location numerous times over past years. It’s always been really good! First time ordering from the Jamestown location; exceptionally good!! Fresh and hot! We will definitely order again!!

I love the people here, they are wonderful and great to have a little chat with whilst shopping for your ‘quik’ needs. They are located inside of Jamestown’s QuikStop on 24th avenue, and the food is incredible! The main issue I run into is the price and the hours. While they run a great food joint, catching them can be a little tricky for us late nighters… also the price (use to be lower) is a tinge high, though the food is great AND great QUALITY. All in all, if you can catch them, this is a great place to get great take out or delivery!

We’ve ordered their pizza for take out twice now. Both times, the staff is friendly and patient with all our allergy questions (their gf crust is also free of egg and soy)! We order an 18 inch, a gf and cheesy bread and we’ve had leftovers both times – we’re a family of five (including two teenage boys!)
