This place is extremely hard to deal with. They completely burnt the Broasted Chicken and didn’t offer a replacement, only a refund. They said their oil may need changed? If that’s the case you should change it instead of giving customers burnt food. By far the worst chicken I’ve ever ordered.

Loved this place for the steak n cheese hoagie on cauliflower which was $10.65 that was 2 weeks ago. Today I drive the 30min to get it and they said prices went up or is now $16.45 that’s ridiculous. $2 increase okay but $6. Then the menu they have at front desk says $14.95 but still rings in as $16.45 so that is what they charged me. Very disappointed nice place to eat clean friendly but that is too much of an increase for me.

Food was wonderful! We love getting pizza from here. 4 stars only because I honestly felt bad for the employees and how they were being treated in front of customers by what I’m guessing was the manager on duty. She was quite in a bad mood and it clearly showed. I get the food industry on a Friday night is stressful and busy for you guys, and some talks may need to be held with employees but those are things that should be completed out of customer view. Again, food was great and order system online was super easy.

The staff couldn’t answer basic questions about the menu items. They had to get someone from the kitchen to tell us what was on their pizza. When they brought us our food, they did not give us any plates, utensils, or napkins to eat our pizza. Both pizzas were extremely greasy and had very little flavor. Very odd little establishment. We decided to eat here because they had good reviews, but honestly didn’t have this experience ourselves. Eat at the own risk.

Very disappointed with the quality and service of this place. We are frequent customers and often order delivery from them multiple times a month and give them a lot of business and generous tip. However today, we decided to pick up our food. We ordered our usual large family style garden salad along with ranch and house dressing. Upon opening the container we found that they had placed fresh lettuce on only the top part of the salad that was visible. The layers beneath that were horrible with brown and wilting lettuce that looked like it had been sitting out of leftover from the day before. When we called and inquired they told us that their supplier was bad and that’s why the lettuce was brown and wilted. We are long-standing customers of grande restaurant and want to support local businesses but they really need to improve in many aspects particularly their quality of food.

Love Grandes pink pasta. Past few times I have ordered it. It has no flavor and looks as if it has been watered down. Very disappointing. Noodles are mush and overcooked. Unsure if this is happening at the original location
