The food is overpriced lacks flavor very greasy, and beyond basic unless you want to go home too add flavor it’ll be a total waste. To think that they charge tax almost a dollar on something that was already overpriced by seven dollars or more. Doesn’t sit well with me. I won’t be back. It was hot and somewhat fresh, though very bland.

I’ve eaten Chinese food most of my life. I live in another state and anytime I visit Houston, I make sure to stop at the best Chinese restaurant in Texas. Have tried most of the items and they are all solid. Go-to is house fried rice and beef with broccoli – best Chinese food in Houston! Simply amazing – I tell strangers about Grand Garden and I don’t even live in Texas that’s how good it is!

Ordered takeout online. Service was good, food: less so. The pork egg rolls were delicious, the Singapore rice noodles were good, but the sesame chicken was tasteless. It had zero flavor of sesame, and while the chicken itself was properly cooked throughout, the batter or dough in which each piece was encased was gummy and flavorless. This, and the szechuan wontons were a huge disappointment.

Oh my gosh!! We are in Crosby so I had to order with Door Dash… the food was still hot like you better blow on it hot!! The food was absolutely amazing!! Finally a restaurant that make fried rice how I like it!!! Eggrolls magnificent!!! I will definitely be back!!!

Called to check on an order the lady/girl on the phone said Yes when she answered. She literally picked up the phone and said Yes. I was a bit appalled by the lack of customer service in that part. Wouldn’t have known if I called a resturant or somebody’s personal phone by her answer.

The atmosphere was intimate and the staff was quick to respond but the food was very middle of the road. No varying degrees of spice or flavor and the soda machine was bland as well. I have ordered multiple times from the restaurant, the food is really good. Wait times reasonable it tends to get very busy there so sometimes there’s a longer wait than usual but the staff is really attentive and gets your food fast.
