They are a horrible place to get Chinese, I order Krab Rangoon online with my 45$ order and it came to me with no Krab or cream cheese in it. They looked flat as a krape not even a pancake. Then when I called they told me that’s how they make em and that they charge 5$ for them but I paid 7$ online so I not only got no filling but I got over charged for 2$ and they did not try to resolve my complaint all they could tell me is that’s how they do business. So I recommend that no one buys food here go somewhere where they care about they’re customers and how well there foods reputation is….. What’s crazy is I didn’t like them last year because of there egg rolls but I thought I’d give em another chance and now I know never to do that again. I’m sticking to China Grill…

I have to give this place 3 stars for half effort. I told the person on the phone that I didn’t want onions, I heard them tell kitchen staff and the ticket even said no onions, but what do you know I had onions. The delivery driver was quick and considerate with the food. However this sesame chicken tasted old like buffet food would, and wasn’t very flavorful. The rice was decent enough.

All I did was call in and place an order and the women taking it had a horrible attitude. I called back and canceled it. They didn’t use to be like that. I wouldn’t recommend it at all, if you can’t give me good/great customer service over the phone I will NEVER give you my money.

Terrible experience. I am a long-time customer and have spent a ton of money in this establishment in over a decade. Just bought $200 worth of food for Mother’s Day celebration and was missing Orange Chicken dish (the only thing my mother wanted). I called, and the person immediately got an attitude and insisted I send pictures of my food to a random number while she checked security cameras to prove I got a box with the #6 written on top. I was blown away by the terrible customer service considering my long-time dedication as a customer to this establishment. They lost a good customer. Wish I could say I were sorry, but there are too many other great restaurants around for them to pull this. Good luck to them with this attitude towards their customers.

Had lunch and it was fresh, not greasy, and tasty. That alone is 4 stars. I was thoroughly impressed with the staff, the cleanliness of the eating area, and, above all, a clean and well stocked bathroom. First time here and I am coming back.

The girls in front that take orders are usually rude and don’t give you a chance to finish speaking. Food is ok. I only got 2 pieces of broccoli with my plate of chicken even tho I asked for extra broccoli and paid for extra.

Had ordered delivered.. it was all emptied out inside the bag. Called to complain was given a number to contact owner call not returned finally 5 days later go intouch with owner he said he didn’t know what had happened and I should have returned food..no I had already paid a delivery fee due to being handicap and had to get food delivered…that was 8 weeks ago..called and was gonna order again tonight and they said they can no longer deliver to my address because I complained.. well u may like to eat your food out of the bottom of a bag but we don’t!! DO NOT ORDER FEOM THEM!!! THE MANAGEMENT IS RUDE AND WORKERS INSIDE ARE RUDE!! YA NOT THE ONLY CHINESE RESTAURANT THAT DELIVERS..and the other restaurants are better quality !!!!!
