Place is not bad it’s kind of hidden it’s on the ground floor I guess it doesn’t have Hardly too many people going here I’m assuming because it’s kind of hidden and they don’t really advertise it! foods ok mostly because the food has been sitting on the warmers too long only because again no to many people are eating here so the food I would say is ok the price is not bad if you want fresh eggs you want to get them like an omelet only because they do very good omelettes here but they pretty much have everything for breakfast that you would want the price is $11 a person which is not too bad compared to some of the $20 a person

I would say the buffet area is in urgent need of a makeover very dismal and what a chance missed as there are no windows in the buffet and the Colorado river outside! Felt like being in a basement. I would say I enjoyed the food I ate but a very small selection to choose from. $15.99 +tax but $10.99 would be more the value. My advice – don’t do it, there is much better buffets in Laughlin at comparable prices.

Food was not good at all. Anything that was supposed to be cheesy, the gravy, and the clam chowder: all had skin on it in the pan. So the food was obviously old when they put it out. Pasta was dry and rubbery. And the sea food was over cooked, dry, and just plain nasty. Would not recommend this buffet to my worst enemy. Worst experience ever.

First of all, the entire hotel and casino is run down and dirty. The buffet itself had horrible food. Dry, undercooked/overcooked, soggy, you name it. This was easily one of if not THE worst restaurant experiences I’ve ever had. Thankfully Betty the AST manager issued us a refund and was very friendly and cooperative. However, the friendliness of the staff does not outshine the fact that it is a HORRIBLE restaurant. Just go to the Riverside – that is what we did. Way way better.

Will never return to Grand Buffet due to the poor quality of the food and rude staff. Paid top $ for the Seafood buffet and the crab legs were old and not edible. At the carving station we were given end pieces of prime rib that were paper thin and equivalent to beef jerky. When we asked the carver for a better quality slice, we were denied more food. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Terrible buffet. Nothing grand about it. Very limited options. Definitely not worth the $26 a plate. Only thing worth eating was the cold, soggy crab legs and Prime rib. Which was definitely not enough to compensate for the price of admission. Even the shrimp was peel and eat. Am I not paying enough to have it already peeled?

The waitresses are friendly, but the food is so low quality that I can’t recommend this buffet. Most of the food is not warm, and sometimes so old that you have to break through the top which has crusted over from being out so long. I wish the management cared about the low quality, but it’s obvious they don’t care or respect the customers who pay their hard-earned money for such bad food. All the negative reviews are true, sadly to to say. The management is the problem here. The place is gross, overall.

This was one of the worst buffets i have ever ate at. Me my wife 3yr old and 11 month old was $50.00. The best thing they had was salad. There was flys everywhere and food was not satisfying what so ever. Absolutely would not recommend eating here if you are hungry.

Okay was not a fan of this buffet the first time we came here but we came back , we get a free meal with our room so we went for dinner , not sure if their under new management or the updated the menu but the first time we went they had very few choices out , half the bar was empty. So to our surprise we went again and they had so many new choices , from mussels to crab legs , to tacos to chicken , every station was filled and we actually enjoyed it so much we went back and paid for breakfast the next day. Hoping they keep this up for our next trip.
