Was hoping that it would be good since reviews claimed it was, but $54 for 3 pizzas and it was all literally all crust and barely any cheese or sauce. The pizza were dry, and while I appreciate a thin crispy crust, that’s ALL these had to them. The cheese was non existent on all three pizzas, it was like eating crackers with barely any cheese and for the price, very disappointing. The search for a decent pizza shop in Cape Coral continues

Such a fantastic new pizza spot! We tried 3 different pizzas and all were incredibly delicious! The garlic knots were perfectly cooked and such a great addition to an amazing slice. Their menu has so many yummy options, we’re so excited to come back soon to try more!

My wife, my granddaughter and I stopped in for some dinner after our movie at Merchants Crossing on Saturday. We ordered a large meatball calzone and a couple slices of pepperoni pizza. We also had an order of the garlic knots. The calzone was very delicious and was quite large. The crust was cooked to absolute perfection, it was stuffed with ricotta cheese, mozzarella and yummy meatballs and the sauce to put on top had an excellent flavor. Our granddaughter who is a picky eater loved the pepperoni pizza. I tried a bite and it was a very satisfying pie. The garlic knots were probably that best I ever had were quite large and tasty. We can’t wait to try more menu items.

My family ate here on opening night. We tried the 5th Ave., Manhattan Deluxe and Cheese slices. All were excellent and I like that you can buy pizza by the slice. It’s a great way to try a variety. The staff was friendly and the menu was generous with other offerings aside from pizza, including a variety of sandwiches, pasta, and appetizers. I will definitely be back to try more!

Wanted to really like the place but it was not what I was hoping for coming from NY, having a local pizza spot is awesome. Tried a white slice, pepperoni pinwheels and a pie. We had to clean off the table (not the worst thing to do) girl was carrying a newborn while taking the orders, as a mom and owner, I get it, still not a big deal. My impression is really on the food. Slice and pinwheels and red sauce were lukewarm at best. White slice coloring of crust was very pale. A new restaurant, you should be checking the quality of what is going out to the customer. Drinks were iced cold. Pie crust was very dense. Did not love the pepperoni quality. Overall ok pizza but for $40 it should have been much better. Agree about the comment about only one of the condiments. Should be on each table. The few i saw were on the pizza counter. I hope they work out the kinks and improve upon some things. Staff was very nice.

Dough was very stiff not flexible. Sauce was lacking – too sweet. No menus available. Only 1 jar of red pepper and 1 jar of cheese to service all the tables. Definitely not suited for eat-in. Had to wipe down my table. In business, first impressions are lasting impressions.

I’ve been looking for a good pizza place in the cape for about a year now and am so happy to have found this place. This will be our pizza place from now on without question. The pizza is perfectly balanced and flavorful and they have some amazing specialty pizzas. I can’t wait for our next pizza night now that we have our favorite place.

I grew up in New York City, and I know Pizza. Grotto Pizza is the first real pizza place I have found in 5 and 1/2 years of being in Cape Coral. Everything about the pie was right on

If you know good pizza, this is by far the best in the Cape and probably all of swfl. The dough has that nice crispy crunch to it, no flop at all here.
