Every town needs a breakfast place like this. Quick coffee, great service. Delicious breakfast combos. Reasonable prices. Not a chain!

Grace’s is a nice family diner, serving breakfast and lunch. The wait staff is very friendly and accommodating. We had Ginger and she was delightful! I had French toast and it was delicious, of course with whipped cream! My friend had eggs, sausage and home fries, which he said were delicious. Prices were reasonable. Just a note: The wait staff has a low hourly salary. They rely on tips to help them. So please leave a tip, as it goes directly to the wait staff. And if you can, leave them some extra, as it would help!

Well, it’s worth the trip from Meriden to go here for a good breakfast. Meatlovers omelet is very good.

Service was great, but the food not so much. I ordered the lunch special. The meatloaf was dry, the desert was disgusting. The only good thing was the beef & barley soup. I have to say I’m not too impressed. I was told that everything is fresh and delicious but I have to say I’ve have better frozen dinners. Sorry!

After an early appointment in Middletown, breakfast was next on the list. Heading towards Southington, a town that truly has everything, we passed by Grace’s Restaurant and turned around to check it out. Crowded and bustling, it was obviously a popular place. A good sign. An attentive man suggested a back corner booth that was available. Much appreciated. Another breakfast-and-lunch only place, the menu is still extensive with numerous choices of meals from the kitchen for either service.

Breakfast is always great here. A little expensive but we’ll worth it

Enjoyed a good breakfast at a decent price. The whole party ordered different omelets and were not disappointed. There was a lot more to the menu, definitely would go back again.

Went in this morning with my 2 children and was told to sit where I wanted. My son is autistic so I always ask to sit in the back so that’s where I was headed to a table with menus on it. The table was turned a bit, but it looked knocked and so I fixed it. Blonde waitress rushes over and says don’t sit there it’s closed, sit up front. I said oh sorry it didn’t look closed there’s no sign, she says well that’s why it’s blocked off- no a turned table is not blocked off- ok whatever, I’ll sit right here in the corner since I never know if my son will have a behavior I like to be away from customers. She then says no don’t sit there either you have to sit in the big booth where there is more room. So now I feel discrimination and fat shamed even though we’re not a large and in charge family. I tell the blonde waitress I will no longer come here this is crazy. Then I see her sit her friend at the corner table where I wanted to sit second. No one ever sat in the back. I notice she never offers me a refill or coffee or check to see if I had a coffee cup while walking around the whole restaurant. I received my food. And my home fries had hot peppers not even just bell
