This place is usually so good I come daily. Despite the fact no one speaks English, majority of the time my order is right when I come in. You’re always gonna have a long wait though..30-45 minutes . But today …… 12pm I asked for gravy and she said none. They gave me griot from yesterday . I just know They did smh …..

Ordered via Uber Eats so I can’t speak to the actual customer service. But half of my order was missing, rice was dry, platains were soggyy, griot was good but very small portions.. pattie was new for us but delicious. I wish I was able to speak to coconut shrimp but it didn’t arrive either.

I order the fish plate with plantains which was for $30 included fee and delivery. The fish was not fresh and taste bad. The plantation was not fresh and everything looking they left over and just reselling unfresh food. I was very upset with my order. Even the salad was not fresh and they give very little Pikliz. The wait was long and I’m very unhappy with my purchase.

These people don’t know the last thing about customer service, not enough for the quality of the food.

This restaurant is one of the cleanest and friendliest Haitian restaurant I’ve gone to. The service was fast but the waitress kept apologizing for the delay. There’s plenty of space in case someone would like to invite colleagues for meetings or inviting them to taste Haitian cuisine.
