We happened upon this after hearing the music on a Thursday night. Music was fabulous. My drink, the 212 was tasty and a nice break from the sugar sweet stuff you find most places. However I was pretty disappointed that the bruschetta had not one leaf of basil. And I think red peppers? It wasn’t bad, it actually tasted pretty good. Just not what I expected. Service was pretty scant out on the patio as well. I’ll try the food again next time and see if they get the kinks worked out.

I’ve been to this establishment a couple times now. The first couple of times the service was A1. This particular night, there where only six people in the restaurant. Three other people with myself and two at the bar. One of my guest ordered 4 shots for us and the shots literally came almost an hour later after we asked four or five times what’s taking so long on the drinks. Answer- we forgot to make them. I will be right back with them. That took another 15-20 minutes. That should of been a warning to just leave and spend our money elsewhere.

I really wanted to enjoy this place because the menu sounded promising. I ordered a chipotle chicken bowl and it was $14 for 90% spinach and barely anything else in the bowl. The service was also sub par.

Horrendous experience! Never will I ever return. I called an ordered three to-go orders and was told on the phone to give them “about 15 min.” I arrived at the 20 min mark. The place was busy due to an event ending next door, however not one server acknowledged me waiting at the bar to pick up my order for a solid 15 minutes. I had to lean over the counter and say “I’m here to pick up an order.” Another ten minutes passed and finally someone came back and told me that they were sorry but it would be another 10-15 min. I was not pleased but decided to wait. As I was waiting a guy came up to the bar wanting to buy a drink….no one helped him for a solid 10 min. He went back to a lounge chair and tried again later. I bet it was a 30 min wait for a beer for him. In the meantime, it had now been an HOUR that I was waiting for my food that I was told 15 min for TWICE! Still no update on why so long, I had to ask “has my order even been started.” The few staff there were stressed to the max, but again, no update from staff until I pulled a guy that was working on drinks aside and asked again “has my food even been started.” He responded with “I don’t even work here, I’m just trying to be a good guy and help out.” Then a “owner” came up to me and tried her best to sincerely apologized and told me that “no, the food had not been started as they didn’t have by ticket.” However, they already had me pay for my food 30 minutes prior!! I waited in that bar for over ONE HOUR on a to go order that was ordered 1.25 hours previously and was told it would be 15 minutes more TWICE!!! End result = I got my money back and left with no supper. Absolutely ridiculous. If the staff is in such disarray, the kitchen needs closed until you can catch up. It is also not safe to have people working there and serving food/drinks if they don’t actually work there. Staff was miserable, some downright rude and unapologetic. I will NEVER return.

Husband and I wanted to like this place but it was awful. I had the monster Mac and cheese and wanted chicken which was $3 extra but they also added bacon for another $3 extra which is fine but the noodles had absolutely no cheese on them, the cheese looked like it came from a bag and melted in a huge clump. Also the amount of water sitting at the bottom of the bowl was disgusting. I took about 3 bites and couldn’t stomach it anymore.

We ordered the Tap house burger and tenderloin. The burger was so overcooked. The tenderloin was very dry. The only decent thing was the 5 onion rings for the side we had to pay $2 more for. I used to love Ground Round by Crossroads and so we were so disappointed to find this. I hope it was just a fluke on a cold night.

It was not disclosed to us when the shots were ordered they didn’t have the right liquor to even make them and they would be substituting with a completely different type of liquor. They were horrible non to say the least. Answer- we forgot to make them. I will be right back with them. That took another 15-20 minutes. That should of been a warning to just leave and spend our money elsewhere. As it was being made clear to us our need for service was not a priority.

My company banquet included lunch here. We had a fairly large group and the food was excellent. My stay was extended over a 5 day period at the hotel and this was a great option for my stay. The staff are awesome. From food recommendations to drinks and a game of pool. The bacon marmalade on the california burger is EXCELLENT… but let me tell ya about the WINGS!!! AWESOME!! I got the jerk wings. They have a great smokey flavor and the jerk sauce is probably the best ive ever had..and i travel the country and have had many varieties of wings…these get a 12 outta 10 !!! I will definitely be back! Thanks for the hospitality during my extended stay!!

Two of us ordered the meatloaf dinner w/ garlic mashed potatoes. When the meal was about to be brought out the server told us that they had to redo the mashed potatoes and it would be about 10 minutes. She asked if we wanted to wait or get a different side. We chose to wait. After about 8-9 minutes server came out to let us know there would be no mashed potatoes. She offered a baked potato which would take 2 minutes nd we agreed on that. I don’t blame our server but I do feel you have problems in the kitchen. This was our first time to eat here nd it will be awhile before we come back. Madelyn, our server, was very good.
