I was invited to dine here and I wanted to check on the reviews to see how good the foods were. The reviews weren’t too good but not too bad either so my expectation of this restaurant wasn’t very high. I was pleasantly surprised last night … the dishes that the dinner host ordered were soooooo delicious! True, we didn’t eat the dim sum, we ordered dishes from the menu and shared with everyone. There was this sticky rice stuffed chicken was exceptionally tasty and good; the coconut, pear, chicken with herbs broth soup was so good also! Overall, I’ll definitely come back again! I highly recommend this restaurant.

Gourmet House is an enjoyable Chinese restaurant with an all-day dim sum option. The price is slightly higher than usual, but it’s worth it. The food quality is good. The facilities are clean. The staff is professional and offers good service. Best of all, the dim sum menu comes with pictures — for those of us who don’t speak / read Chinese!
