Unique experience to try Chef Celia’s delicious dishes. Worth the wait and a little bit pricey but you won’t regret it. Cozy and romantic hidden gem. Classic music and great customer service. They can do better on their check out process because I notice that waiter can’t process payments only the cook or the ladies in the kitchen so you have to wait till they call them to pay.

Looked nice inside and the food looked nice too. Taste-wise, it was mediocre. I thought I could have made a less-prettier version of the same meal that was more satisfying. And a lot cheaper. I was more disturbed by the lack of cleanliness I saw behind the scenes when I went to the bathroom. I expected more from a place like this. I expected better service too. I don’t mind coming back, but on my list of go-to places in town, this place isn’t on it.

Gourmet Central by Cel Catering was by far the best food catering company we’ve work with. Their team was extremely responsive, flexible, and easy going. People could not stop talking about how great the food and service was for our Christmas Banquet. Their food is just delicious, literally everything they made was amazing. I would highly recommend hiring them for any event. They won’t disappoint. ❤️

Too expensive, slow service and not really worth the trip plus politics shouldn’t be part of a businesse’s personal problems. You might want to try hunting around for other venders and stop blaming others for your failures.

This morning I treated myself to the almond and chocolate Croissants from Gourmet Central. As expected, they were delicious. I also bought a cinnamon roll but that one is for tomorrow. Highly recommend this place. Their food is delicious and their presentation is outstanding.

Had my nephew’s confirmation dinner here as they host private events. Ambience was great and food was delicious. A real gem of a find in Brownsville. Celia is such a talented chef, and a lovely individual!
